Good to read the Rose Bowl will host the traditional B1G vs PAC12 matchup.
But expecting the Buckeyes elsewhere...
I'm not around that much, running exhausted and lost...
Too bad its a year too late. Wouldve been awesome to dump USC in Pasadena instead of Dallas

The national championship game will be played in the Levi's Stadium, home field of the 49ers, on Monday, January 7 in Santa Clara, California. I look forward to the Buckeyes' successful return to the Bay Area. It's in our jeans.

Outdoor stadium in January in the Bsy area might not end well.
You mean cool, rainy weather may not be SEC-friendly?
Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.
I think it could end really well for a team thats used to playing in cold and rainy/snowy conditions. Probably wouldn't go well for teams that absolutely refuse to play north of the mason Dixon line at any time of the year.

Happy that the CFP isn't on NYE, but I still like it best when it's on NYD.
Better 12/29 than 12/31. I think it will help increase viewing for all the bowls.
One other advantage of 12/29 is it will ease the turnaround for the teams in the Championship game.
so, hopefully, SF in 7 8 months?

So, OSU play on the 29th this year and on the 7th next year. I'm good with that.
