There must be a connected guy on Worthington's coaching staff to get Cardale there. There were a couple assistant coaches on my high school team that played for Woody that got him to speak to us after he retired from OSU.

David Pittmon - Linebackers

Coach Pittmon is in his first year of coaching. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2015 with a B.S.Edu in The Sports Industry. While at Ohio State, he worked with the Football Video Staff during the  National Championship Season. Coach Pittmon was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Warrensville Heights High School in 2009. While at Warrensville he played 4 years of Varsity Football, and was Team Captain for 3 years.

Nice find Soulpatrol. I'd bet the house he's the connection to Cardale.

I love how Cardale has kept his connection with OSU and Ohio in general. He's the embodiment that young people can evolve.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't think the TWHS - UA rivalry was as intense since the Worthington schools split and the OCC rearranged the divisions. But maybe you went to school back in the heyday of the rivalry.
