Indiana was Ohio State's next opponent in 1942. The first preview for the game against the Hoosiers was run on Oct. 1, 1942, meaning you will see this series resume on Sunday.
Great stuff Remy. 2 passes attempted blows my mind. Rain drenched for sure, that ball must have been slippery as hell with 8 combined fumbles.
Just posting and hoping my comment isn’t deleted.
I would imagine the attendance or lack of had to do with the weather and the war. I had a friend who collected beer cans and the story of the vintage can brought him to mind. On to Indiana!!
I'm guessing that marketing "aged" beer was not a good idea. I don't think 20 year old scotch and 20 year old beer have quite the same significance.
Born a Badger, Raised a Buckeye
Ft Knox with -14 rushing yards - The Rushman were real back then too.
Go get'em Cal Poppy - we are behind you !!
It's not a rivalry .............. it's a wreckoning.
"I wonder what the forum would look like if the 2017 version of Ohio State football missed four extra points...in one game?"
I'm not around that much, running exhausted and lost...
I remember how they were when we missed two field goals against Michigan and then another two against Clemson.
"porque las estirpes condenadas a cien años de soledad no tenían una segunda oportunidad sobre la tierra."
About as good a litmus test as any, I'd say.
I guess the Fort Knox guys could have used some tanks
That first down by Ft. Knox must have been quite the cause for celebration.
