Congratulations (again), fellas.
Hindsight is, and in, 2020
There are times where the worst thing that can be spread is misinformation
McCaffrey is not better than Curtis. But I guess he is more of a RB now as Curtis is a RB/WR
Congrats to Elflein and Hooker on the first team selections and Raekwon and Cameron on their second team selections!!
Buckeyes collecting their hardware, congrats to them all!!!
Sounds like Elflein isn't done either. Well deserved recognition for outstanding young men and superior athletes!!
"Defiance in Silence"
Congrats boys! Well deserved!

Wow, congratulations, gentlemen. Does anyone else think that Malik Hooker may change his mind about the NFL? Dude is a stud!
I hope not, but once he gets his draft grade back, he'd be best served to probably go ahead and go. If he's legitimate first round lock, that's a lot of cash to delay receiving.
"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed, is more important than any other one thing." - Abraham Lincoln
I hope he stays too, but the cash he gets for signing could set him up for life.
Several sportswriters have said that the key to Alabama's great success this year was Saban's ability to convince some of his top talent to stay for one more year.
Ua Mau ke Ea o ka 'Aina I ka Pono. The life of the land is preserved in righteousness. (Hawai'i state motto) Aloha nui kakou.
Yeah, too bad Urban couldn't do the same. Seriously though, think how good the Bucks would be with at any two of the following - Zeke, Big Bear, Apple, Thomas, Lee, Marshall, or Powell.
What in the fuck is Peppers a 1st teamer,
The same reason that Myles Garrett keeps collecting accolades - Because in college football, preseason hype matters.
Garrett has actually produced on the field in his career though i believe. Injuries have hurt him this year. Peppers can't use that excuse. He's out there playing every position and still has no stats to back up being a 1st teamer.
You're too stupid to have a good time. -Dalton
I'll agree to the extent that Garrett has been awesome against bad teams. He's done very little in conference play. From what I've seen, He's JaMarcus Russell at DE - great against bad to mediocre competition, but average, at best, against good teams.
I said the same thing when I saw that. How in the hell is that guy rated as one of the best in the nation when he's not even the best LB on his team?
Damn Jonathan Allen is so good that he doesn't even need a last name anymore! He reached that Madonna/Prince/Seal stratosphere fast!
I am not very smart, but I recognize that I'm not very smart. --- W.W. Hayes
More Buckeye trees on the way.
The only good thing about The Game is winning it - Urban Meyer
Jabrill Peppers is NOT A GOOD LB!!! Great athlete and definitely a weapon on special teams and offense, but not a good LB. The way he keeps making these lists as a LB over more deserving players is maddening.
I think calling him a weapon on offense is also a reach. 4 carries for 4 yards is a very, very dull and boring weapon.
Touche. I think Boulware and Kwon are MUCH better LB's than he is.
Hooker is getting all kinds of AA selections but he isn't on any awards nationally. That baffles me!
and Lattimore would be on these lists if teams didn't just start avoiding him most games.
I saw a UFO once.......it told me to have a goodyear!
Do many of those awards go to upperclassmen?
Well, Hooker is an upperclassman by education (redshirt sophomore, eligible for the draft). I do agree that typically many of the awards do go to upperclassmen but there is no rule, plus Lamar Jackson (a true sophomore) is doing fine getting awards without being an upperclassman!
Awesome. more awards for the good guys! And in terms of the bad guys, pretty ridiculous that Peppers is 1st team, and Lewis isn't 1st or 2nd...BUT who really cares about such things??
Thank the Maker that I was born in Ohio, cradle of coaches, US Presidents, confederate-stomping Generals, the Uncomparable Joe Burrow, and home of The Ohio State University Buckeyes- 2014 UNDISPUTED National Champions!
These may be one of odder AA list, this is going to get alot of negs, but I'd take jourdan lewis over all 4 of those corners
Probably right, but I like Fitzpatrick. He's legit.
Couldn't help but notice that Malik Hooker is a 1st teamer, and none of the Thorpe finalists made either 1st or 2nd team (outside of kick returning)... hmmm...
I saw Ryan Day hang 62 on Michigan...His hair was perfect.
Go Buckeyes Beat Michigan
Giving Peppers the AA for linebacker is bullshit. What is double bullshit is that Curtis got left off the list. I don't care what the precedent says... when you have a guy like #4, you make a god damn spot for him. Call him an athlete or a slash or whatever you want, just make sure you call him an All American or the rest of your awards go right down the toilet
Exactly - how many coaches in the country would actually play Peppers over Raekwon as LB? Ans: 0
Just imagine our D.L. if Ejuan Price would have stayed with the good guys, Wholly Batman what would QB's do?
Surprised that Cameron Johnston got 2nd team. Maybe I'm still not over the Penn State debacle.
The disrespect for Curtis Samuel is unforgivable
More trees in the grove.........
Saban on a cart eating cold pizza
Fill that sucker up!
I'd rather be an hour early than a minute late.
Anybody know where to get that hat that Elflein is wearing? Love the helmet stripe in back.
