Not sure if I'm totally convinced with Andre Wesson.  But Thad knows better than I.

Andre is the real deal, there's no reason to worry about him. When Westerville South played Pickerington Central without Kaleb, Andre still scored 27 and had 10 rebounds to go with it. He's back to back player of the year in his conference and he reached the 1,000 point club which is impressive. Everybody who is a buckeye fan should want the kid in an Ohio state jersey next year

So many quality players in Ohio. I think people get too worked up about the players Thad doesn't get - he continues to get top 100 talent. If Andre ends up joining his brother with the Bucks, it would be interesting to see what Matta would do with him.

Don't sleep on Massillon Jackson! They have a Four star 2017 SF Kyle Young and beat Huntington Prep this year!

If Ann Arbor is a whore, what's Harbaugh for going back to her?

"The Wildcats open with Pataskala Licking Heights, Saturday, and are the No. 2 seed in the Columbus region."

I live over here in Pataskala. Don't count out Heights in this game...

Also, how in the sam hill does IZZO get such a star like Ward right under our noses?.......arrrgghhhhhhhh

That's the kind of recruiting criticism that annoys me a little bit.

Until Grandstaff left, we had 2 scholarships to use in the 2016 class. One of those scholarships was used on a 6'9" Ohio kid, currently rated as the #65 recruit in the country, who has great length and seems to fit Matta's system perfectly.

So I am not upset that we didn't use our other scholarship on another 6'9" Ohio kid, whose build seems to fit Izzo's idea of a pf more than Matta. If we had 4 or 5 scholarships in next year's class, I might be a little annoyed.

But as it stands now, I am excited about Derek Funderburk and will not complain about Nick Ward going to Sparty. There are only so many scholarships to go around. Now if Ward ends up being a 2 time All American and Funderburk is a bust, I may change my tune.

I play, coach stays. He goes, I go.

Funderburk won't be a bust, but Ward will end up as that All-American.....Izzo develops his players and they usually stay all four years in the program. Why is that?.....

I'd love to ask his football counterpart Dantonio the same thing--they both develop, and then keep, these studs...hmmmm
