This just shows that even winning the National Championship does not stop the hurt Bama fans still have after getting beat by the Buckeyes.
Must have been some terrible butt-hurt.
Our honor defend, so we'll fight to the end !
it's because deep inside, they know they are lucky they avoided us this year.
the kids are playing their tail off, and the coaches are screwing it up! - JLS
Saban probably wants out too. He doesn't seem very happy.
Hahaha this baffles me. Would you ever see the 11W staff write an article about one of our football players like that? So and so is "bitter," "sour grapes," etc. This is just sad. Glad the 11W staff are real professionals.
Called him a "whiny kid from Florida" and then also state "we wish him the best." Lol. What a bunch of keyboard blowhards.
they have to drag Ohio State and Urban Meyer into it
That's what happens when you're at the top of the CFB mountain
Shandy is not beer
They will always be Butt hurt
It's not a rivalry .............. it's a wreckoning.
Seattle Sounders 2019 MLS Champions
That's how they do it in the SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC
Don't want to give their site any traffic. Can a kind soul summarize how we are brought into the story?
Per the article,
Perhaps Chris Black should cast fewer stones and look in the mirror a little more? Or he could transfer to Ohio State, they love player complaints up there. A whiny kid from Florida… that’s Urban Meyer’s wheel house.
Ah... sounds like more of an "article" than an actual article. Thanks for that, I'm sure the rest of the post was equally moronic.
By all means, please allow me to be the first to ask: If we take Black does that mean that we won't have room for Sam Bruce?!
Depends on how tall Black is. My understanding is that 5'8" is just too damn small.
Fields of Dreams
Mark Richt is 5'10" tall.
So bruce is 5'6" ?
Draw your own conclusion. To my eyes 5'6" is probably still generous.
Right haha....he is a speedster with great lateral moves, would love to see him as a Percy Harvin player. He could be like Trindon Holliday or Dri Archer....both awesome players!
It's an SEO scheme, duh!
Former Alabama Football wide receiver Chris Black says he wants to transfer to a school “that knows how to utilize a slot guy”.
I'm pretty sure UFM can use a slot guy...

Hey Chip - what's up?
You missed a gem on Saturday at noon
n2m, spent quality time with the gf and family this weekend. I guess the AMA is over, but I did spend some thought providing my 2 cents on the 11w Dictionary thread.
It sure it was only 2 cents?
I think I remember BamaMike saying BamaHammer isn't worth reading.
The offseason is the longest season.
That is correct. I generally stick to Bleacher Report to see article titles and such, but avoid clicking any links from that place for sure.
Why did you file this under Ohio State Football, and not College Sports?
Screw Bama whackos.
"Question of the day: Does anyone find whining to be attractive? Just curious." - Jimmy H
Well, his post does mention Ohio State and Urban Meyer...
The faux outrage is about a 2 sentence insult to OSU, but the article is about Alabama.
I'm curious, which whiny Florida kid that Urban coaches are they referring too?
I saw a UFO once.......it told me to have a goodyear!
I was thinking it was Harvin. But he's from Virginia.....
“Ain’t life grand when you finally hit it!” DLR
Sooo what exactly should OSU do Bamasided? Please tell us because we really want to know as you are an expert in all things.

When you win 4 championships in 7 years, shouldn't you act a little more dignified?
"I don't think you necessarily have to get a trophy to be a winner." - Nick Saban 1/2/15.
Because they know without an injury(Colt McCoy), a screw job(OkSU), and Ohio State being ineligible, Bama would only have 1.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
Get well soon Mrs.Naut 6-0 > 3-6.
Should the mulligan against LSU count as one?
That's the screw job. It should have been LSU vs OkSU.
They managed to have the two most boring games of that season.
I watched both of those games. And when I watched Alabama lose (more than LSU win) I thought the better team lost. That happens. In college football, prior to having an alleged playoff, there isn't supposed to be one.
"Because they know without an injury(Colt McCoy)"
Um, ok. But without injuries to Collins and/or Ragland in last year's Sugar Bowl, they probably have 5.
Make their asses quit! - Nick Saban
Maybe that, and if your defense didn't get bitch slapped by our third-string quarterback, you would have five. You know, because we had injuries as well.
When you lose, say little. When you win, say less.
Glad you agree with me. Sorry you didn't get my point - which is the "what if" scenario is a useless game to play because anyone can bring up their own, useless scenario. In recent years, Bama has 4 championships, OSU has 1 - all were earned. Any complaints to the contrary are just sour grapes.
Tsk, tsk...flattery won't get you anywhere.
I'd enjoy that title, might be your last for awhile/under the Saban.
Hindsight is, and in, 2020
There are times where the worst thing that can be spread is misinformation
might be your last for awhile/under the Saban
Feel like I've heard that before. Several different years in fact.
It's going to end at some point - that's reality.
Sure it is ... but given the record, you gotta like our chances of more to come. Even if Saban retires this spring, any competent replacement (Dabo, How you doing?) would be in position to make a run for the next 3 or so years with the talent currently on hand.
I'm waiting for the "Saban left the cupboard bare" jokes when the replacement doesn't match Saban's success immediately.

Bama is a blue blood, I wouldn't expect them to fall off the radar once Saban hangs things up.
But things were lean after Bear and before Stallings under Perkins and Curry, and again after Stallings and before Saban (Dubose, Franchione, Shula...Mike Price gone before starting).
The game is cyclic, programs are up one day, down the next (ask any Notre Dame, USC, M...igan, Tennessee, Florida fan how are things).
TL;DR - Enjoy every moment while you can.
FWIW, Black was a very good talent who seemed to get derailed more by injury than a misuse of the slot. He was rumored to be the break-out player in 2012 before an injury knocked him out before it began - then Amari Cooper showed up instead. He showed flashes of that talent, but didn't get the time I guess he thought he needed to excel. He has graduated, so he should be eligible to play right away - and may be eligible for a 6th year due to his freshman injury. He would be a good addition to any team IMO.
This just proves their fans base and sports writers lack any journalistic integrity.
Butt hurt much? 85 yards through the heart of the south.
Thing is, I think Alabama fans and such at this point see OSU as their biggest rival in terms of talent on the team and the general landscape. They are still mad at it. Honestly, Clemson outplayed them everywhere but special teams too.
This post seems just a tad hypocritical.
Complaining about a news organization throwing shade and not reporting the facts, while referring to Alabama as "Lucifer's lair".
What if you don't hear YOLO anymore because everyone who use to say it died?
One is supposed to be a journalist, the other is a commenter on a fan site.
That might be, but can you really find a post throwing Meyer under the bus as offensive if you have no problem doing it to the other coach?
And Toledo still sucks.
Sorry but former player or not, I feel embarrassed that this writer felt the need to personally attack a college athlete, and then mention OSU and Meyer out of nowhere just to take a cheap shot. Really? Is he still crying about a loss from a year ago? How about enjoy the title the tide has now?
This is worthy of an LOL if ever anything were.

All signs point to an outbreak of the Zeke virus in Bama. I hear it shrinks heads.
