Gee, this off-season is just flying by...
I'd rather be an hour early than a minute late.

I still say OSU is making a big mistake having the spring game the day before Easter. It stands to reason the campus will be more empty on Easter Sunday than a normal Sunday, and typically recruits coming for the spring weekend like to make a weekend out of it. Less likely with the holiday the next day.
I can't really understand why OSU did not schedule it the following Saturday...

I like it better when they schedule it to coincide with a lacrosse game. Pretty sure OSU set the record for attendance at a collegiate lacrosse game one year.

Not sure which was planned first, but they have a Stadium Blitz race in the shoe Sat 18th.
It’s generally scheduled to coincide with the last day of the coaches clinic. Lots of things in play here.
Navy--more reason to schedule it either of the following two Saturdays...sure would like to know the rational for having it the day before Easter...makes absolutely no sense to me. I bet the majority of schools schedule their spring games away from April 11....
Early April is not usually the best weather here in Ohio ????

Had plans to make it to the spring game this year, but once it was scheduled for Easter weekend I couldn't justify it coming from SC.
My boys and I miss the lacrosse game before the scarlet and gray game. I wonder why they are go away from having the lacrosse game before the spring game? It’s fun to watch in person.

I turned down a ticket to the Masters this year because it was the same weekend as the Spring game. I better get on Ticketmaster and get these now that they are available.

Boy I think I'd pick the Masters.
"Year for what?"
You know what pisses me off? People who buy SPRING GAME tickets and bloat the price. For instance, go on Ticketmaster and find the Club seating, which was on sale for $15 now on sale for $63 by verified resale. You know what I say to people like that? Fuck you. They are the reason no one can afford to go to games.
Now before anyone flips on me, I’m buying my $5 seats just fine. But people trying to profit off of a spring game is pathetic.
100%, just saw that shit, pisses me off....not paying game prices for a spring game because some fuck stick bought em to make money.....I try to go to one game a year if I get a deal on tix but the spring game should be an affordable outiing for a family that can't ever get to a game, I know there are 5 dollar tix but anyone who buys the 15-20 seats and jacks em up over 60 for the spring game is an ass.

FWIW Hateblue… I was fortunate to get 6 together this year... This isn't always the case as I have failed the last two years, I blame Ticketmaster. But with that being said, with the taxes and fees the tickets came out to $18.67 a piece. If for any reason my family can't attend or part of the party isn't able to, I will be posting them in the forum for a fellow 11Wer to join me.
I know a couple years ago I had an extra, can't recall who I sat with, but we had an awesome time talking Buckeye Football and some road trips we had planned for the upcoming season. Maybe it was Navy, was that you Navy? Haha.
Man, it wasn’t that long ago that you could grab tickets from Kroger. Now they’re available on Ticketmaster? That sucks the wind right out of me.

Just think... It wasn't long ago TTUN could pick their regular season game tickets up at Kroger too with the purchase of a 2Liter of Coke. Lol. What a time to be alive.
Haha, you trumped me there OATW.
I have never attended a spring game . I watch it on the big ten network .
as can any current student with a valid BuckID
So....I still have my BuckID....am I good to get in free or will someone involve computers and look up if I'm actually enrolled or not...
If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.
I try to go to the Spring Game when I can. It's a relaxed atmosphere and it's cool having all the families and kids there. Plus if you travel to it like me you're guaranteed to see a win. LOL.
I'm really curious to see the freshmen QBs and WRs for the first time this year.
