Who cares about the knicks. They’re the Michigan of the nba, how many titles do they have for how long they’ve been around? Joke franchise led by a joke owner.
Brah, tweet this. 140 characters or less.
Putting all their eggs in the KD basket was the Knicks' biggest mistake this off-season. As soon as they whiffed on him and Kyrie they panicked and signed Julius Randle, Bobby Portis, and Marcus Morris to those terrible contracts (all three of those guys have been comical failures with the team so far and a waste of cap space). What they need to do going forward is take the Sixers approach and shun FA altogether and just tank and build through the Draft but Dolan is too impatient to do that. The fact that they're now targeting Masai and potentially Jason Kidd in the hopes of luring Giannis in 2021 is exactly why they keep falling on their face.
Since Tress took over as head coach in 2001, we as diehard Buckeyes fans have been fortunate to witness the longest period of sustained excellence in Ohio State football history.
Didn’t Woody win five national championships in the same time frame?
I am looking at the yearly win-loss record in saying this.
Diehard Knicks (and Cavs) fan. Agreed on the disbelief, but I will take the Buckeyes run 100 times over.
Isn't James Dolan related to the Indians' owner as well (which as we know the Indians' ownership kind of sucks too)? Perhaps nobody in that family is really cut out to own a professional sports franchise.
Yes Larry Dolan is his uncle. A little cheap but doesn't kick people out of the stadium for looking at him wrong.
If you want to talk about trash ass NBA BBall teams, go to their fan sites and talk about how America is terrible right now or whatever NBA players are spouting these days while they make 45M/year.
Don’t dirty Tressel or Ohio State’s name just to get ppl to look at your shitty post about trash.
I wish the real world would just stop hassling me...
Stopped rooting for the Knicks when Frazier, Reed, Bradley, Lucas and DeBuscherre retired.
However I will root for the Buckeyes until I die.
Been on 11W since Urban's first season at OSU and this is the first thread I've seen about the New York Knicks.

Nothing even about Linsanity? Now that was an amazing sequence of events,

The Knicks over value themselves. They think they are a destination for premier free agents and continue to fall on their face. They did it with Lebron, KD, and Kyrie. They don't realize that no free agent wants to play there as long as Dolan owns the team.
Tbf the Rangers have done just fine in recent years under Dolan's ownership because he doesn't care about them as much and doesn't pretend like he actually knows hockey, he leaves that to the actual hockey people in charge. For whatever reason he hasn't run the Knicks the same way and the organization has badly suffered as a result. Instead of hiring actual knowledgeable minds of the sport like he did with Glen Sather as GM of the Rangers with the Knicks he's either always chosen to put unqualified cronies in charge (Isiah Thomas, Steve Mills), guys that fall into NBA legend status but have no experience in a FO role (Phil Jackson), or qualified executives that he refuses to give full autonomy to (Donnie Walsh). Walsh was probably the best FO executive the Knicks have had under Dolan's leadership and he resigned in part because Dolan wouldn't give him full independence. Dolan has given Steve Mills and Scott Perry full autonomy for the most part, the problem is both of those guys are terrible at personnel management and have no clue wtf they are doing. So now Dolan has got his sights set on Masai Ujiri (which is a complete pipe dream at this point, Toronto is not going to let Masai go that easily).
I root for, the NY Knicks,
Sorry about that. I'm a Kings fan. So there it is
IT. WAS. A. FUMBLE.
I’m a Rockets fan & what the original post said about the tipped shot was probably true.
We talkin' about the knicks, man
What are we talkin' about?
