Ive got a feeling a feeling we still have a little chaos left this year. I think we beat TTUN, but auburn and Bama, or TAMU over LSU, or even Clemson getting caught in the title game is a real possibility.

Clemson is not gong to lose to anyone not named Ohio State.
Football is about more than algorithms and data.
I get some people like to look at these polls and use them for various purposes, typically to justify their own subjective beliefs/agenda.
there was a computer poll that just week or two ago had Minnesota as the 4th best team in the nation and Penn State as the 5th.
In the end it is all meaningless. Go win your actual games and things will take care of themselves.
wait, A&M is ranked? nvm
We should be ranked #1 this week I still do not understand how LSU is not ranked 3rd we have played a tougher schedule and have won every game pretty comfortably not to mention LSU barely beat a 5 loss texas and 4 loss auburn
Texas and auburn are supposedly the reason LSU jumped us. Since they had the “best wins” against “better teams”. IMHO Penn State would beat Alabama.
How long has that van been there?
And I am overly tired of media bagging on Ohio St schedule when comparing to LSU. Our ooc games were blowouts, sure, but look where those team are:
-Mia(OH), won the MAC East div, is sitting at 7-4 & will play for the conf title
-FAU, won the C-USA East division, is 8-3, and will play for the conf title
- Cincy, ranked 17, won the AAC East division, is 10-1, and will play for the conf title.
- Georgia Southern (6-5), sun belt
- Texas (6-5), a name that isn’t a good team.
- Northwestern State (3-9) - FCS (?!?)
- Utah St (6-5) - Mt West
Oh, and replace the FCS opponent with another B1G opponent (Maryland/Rutgers - still a P5 team and not equivalent to an FCS school)
I do get it that we are aggravated over a minor point. Win this week is the best solution.
In every battle there comes a time when both sides consider themselves beaten, then he who continues the attack wins. - Ulysses S. Grant
At the time, these schools appeared to be light competition, however they have all proved themselves commendably over the course of their seasons. The same can not be said for either LSU/Clemson. Plus Clemson should be punished for scheduling Wofford in November.
Clemson played 10 games against power 5 opponents this year.
And Cincy and FAU are better than half of them, so what? The whole P5 thing as a SOS measure is meaningless. 2018 OSU played 12 P5 teams when including CCG. Didnt hear anything about it come selection Sunday. And fair enough, there's plenty of bad P5 teams. Your schedule should be evaluated on how good your opponents are, not some arbitrary classification somebody made up.
Charlotte and Wofford are Power 5 schools???
F Minnesota/Wisky Winner
F SEC Champ
Line 'em up, Bucks for the win!
While our OOC schedule does not have the shine of playing 3 P5 powerhouses; 2 of our opponents are already set to play for their conference championship (Miami and Cincinnati), and FAU is currently #1 in the C-USA, needing to beat Southern Miss to punch their ticket.
Not saying these 3 are world beaters, but it has a nice ring to it to say we beat 3 Conference Champs (if it happens to pan out that way)
I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubble gum!
Wow, Clemson's schedule is a dumpster fire
First off does it matter right now rankings change each week. Just win out and what happens happens. Then take care of business in the playoffs. I think to date LSU has played a harder slate than us this year jmo. The one thing about OSU is their defense is better than any team that will be in the playoffs. It starting to look like a 3 team race for the NC between Clemson OSU and LSU everyone else is so so at best.
Yes it matters would you rather play Utah first or Clemson first imo penn st would win comfortably against utah
We have 4 top 20 wins...LSU has 3 top 20 wins. Our schedule is more impressive than LSU.
Michigan is going to be the only team they play this year that has excellent talent and coaching on both sides of the ball going into the game. Watch out for the Wolves...they are legit and can and will beat OSU is OSU turns it over/plays like they did vs PSU. Clemson hasn't played anyone and thats not necessarily their fault as the ACC is ass. LSU is legit as hell and I think OSU/LSU for the title would be the best game talent wise in college football since OSU/Miami.
Ttun will have to run on us. I don't see that happening. Passing on us like we did to them last year is unlikely. I would be more afraid if ttun were 6-5 and care free with Harbaugh leaving and No Schembelecker dying again. We'll show up and show out.
