When I was in high school, no one had phones but the rich kids (and pot dealers) had pagers

When I was in elementary school our phone number was only 5 digits. In high school, we were on a party line.

These Hurry Ups are great this time of the year and I love reading about Miller's confirmation.

It's not a rivalry .............. it's a wreckoning.

I'm 70 you must of lived deep in the sticks to only have 5 numbers. My old phone number was express or ex 28410 and old Mr. Walker next door use to listen in. You could here the old dude breathing on his phone and the click when he hung up. Good old days

Thanks for the updates! Would love to have Grimes in the 2021 class. If Miller gets and stays healthy I think he will turn some heads. Might be easy to sleep on him with all of the QB changes we’ve had recently but he’s sharp and seems very competitive. Day and Yurcich will continue to attract top QB’s and develop them well.

Saw this on MaxPreps:

After throwing for 3,653 yards as a freshman at Scottsdale Christian Academy, Miller added 1,735 yards as a sophomore and 2,431 yards as a junior at Chaparral. With 451 yards in the first two games of the 2019 season, Miller has 8,270 yards in his career. That puts him 2,229 yards away from surpassing Spencer Rattler of Pinnacle (for the Arizona career passing yard record), who had 11,083 yards from 2015 to 2018.

Chaparral is now 2-2 and Miller’s missed the last two games. Even if he plays the rest of the season, breaking Rattler’s record seems unattainable.
