Jerome Baker had a heck of a game!
I'd rather be an hour early than a minute late.
The way the Pats ran all over the Dolphins, I expected McMillian to clean up a little more than 4 tkls. It's a hot mess down there and it's a time to prove ones self.
Is Isaiah Prince getting playing time with the dolphins?
MICHIGAN STILL SUCKS
Damn that's a long list!
OH-IO living BACK IN COLUMBUS after 32 years in the ATL.
It seems like that Brian Hartline guy can really coach WRs. Good day, men!
I believe the stats on Bosa, Nick are wrong. The stats for the Niners rout of the hapless Bengals show him as not recording a significant play.
Yeah, I believe his and Jalyns stats are from Week 1.
Actually, Jaylon hasn't recorded ANY stats so far this year- the ones listed in the table above are his combined stats from the entirety of the 2018 season.
Ted Ginn actually had no catches and no yards yesterday. I don’t believe Nick Bosa had any stats either; not sure he even played
The stats listed above for Nick Bosa, Ted Ginn, and Terry McLaurin are inaccurate. Neither Bosa nor Ginn recorded any significant statistics this week (the ones listed above were last week), and McLaurin had 62 receiving yards, not 69.
Remember folks, those who live by the copy and paste, die by the copy and paste.
And apparently, the 3 tackles and 1 sack listed for Jaylon Holmes are actually his combined statistics for the entire 2018 season!
I understand that Across The Shield is a minor weekly piece, but given that its sole purpose is to list the weekly statistics of former Buckeyes in the NFL, I would hope a little more attention to detail is given towards the accuracy of those stats going forward.
It appears this years crop of 11w interns hasn’t faired too well (I hope they were interns, jeesh)
“I’m so tired of flexing.”
Yeah, and NFL “week two” ends tonight.
A few things are obvious.
1.) Dak Prescot has a really strong arm, that flick of a 55 yard throw was amazing.
2.) Devin Smith ca n still zero in on a long ball
3.) Campbell is still untouchable in the open field because of his elite speed.
4.) Redskins fans are really taking notice of what a great guy Terry is. He might be the most likeable guy out of OSU since Archie, and there are so many to compare him to.
"When you're part of a team, you stand up for your teammates. Your loyalty is to them. You protect them through good and bad, because they'd do the same for you." Yogi Berra
Good to see Carlos Hyde have a decent showing.
(puts on a sweater vest)
Cam Johnston had a strong game for the Iggles in a losing effort.
Hindsight is, and in, 2020
Saints defensive backfield did not have a good game.
Probably could say that for the entire team...
Lattimore struggled a bit yesterday, but Apple looks like a flat out liability.
What we have currently available is what we have available.
While that may be true, just think about how long the Saints D was out there yesterday. The refs screwed the Saints of at least 1 TD, and Teddy Bridgewater is meh at best.
Yeah, they definitely looked gassed.
I don't know if they need a different game plan for Bridgewater or he's just rusty, but he's going to need to get the ball out more quickly for them to have a chance over the next couple months.
was real happy seeing Devin Smith out there doing what he does best!
no touchdowns since 2015... the man put in some work and some heart to get on the Cowboys rosters.
I thought I read that Michael Jordan suffered an injury and had to be carted out in his game.
Also noted that T-Mac had 69 yards while sticking one in the end zone. :)
Shield is misspelled on the homepage, FYI (shows up as "sheild" there but "shield" on the headline atop the story.)
Yes, I'm that guy, but I do have a journalism degree from The Ohio State University, so that makes it OK.
True story: I served ribs to John Cooper.
Combine that with all the stat errors and this article is bitterly disappointing
Not elite at all
It's still early in the season for the young guy. There's time for him to turn it around and finish strong.
