Use a VPN from an obscure location to mask your viewership.
Even better idea. Quit your job, buy a plane ticket, fly to South Carolina, sneak into the game, steal some concessions. Get to enjoy the game and the ACC doesn't get a penny!

Go to South Carolina.... intentionally??
1. Your view makes effectively no difference.
2. If you want to see how they look without tuning in, wait till the next day and watch a 30-minute recap on YouTube or something.
3. If you would be good with someone here feeding you updates, why not just check the score and stats online? Unless visiting ESPN or something is also something you're trying not to do.

My vote is to suck it up and check it out. One person isn't going to sway the needle.
A single view changes nothing, but you could find streams online. I'm happy to watch college football, who cares if it's the ACC or SEC. Though I've yet to watch the SEC network mainly because I don't get the channel
Side note.. Comcast hasn't agreed with ACC just yet so everyone in SC is scrambling to find a neighbor with youtubetv or hulu.
This here. I watch all my sporting events through reddit. I cut the cord a long time ago and I ain't looking back.
I get mine from either First Row or Reddit.
There are several other websites to watch college football streams (other sports too).
But I get youtube TV just for the fall.
Does reddit offer the B1G Network? How about NBCSN? Wife and I watch horse racing a lot. My cable bill is getting too high.
I'm not trying to win a popularity contest. I'm trying to win football games-- Woody Hayes
They've basically got every channel you could possibly think of. There's not a game I haven't been able to watch the past 2 years, and they also just have basic TV channels.
I honestly don't know if I get the Clemson Good Time Rock Show ACC Network, and I'm not sure that I care.
Anyone know if Youtube TV has it? I have no idea and haven't really gone looking for it.
That's what I am watching.
Let's Go Bucks
I dropped Sling for Hulu Live after losing the Fox regional sports channels, and I HATE how Hulu doesn't have a guide. Hate it to the extent that as soon as my wife is done with Handmaiden's Tale or whatever, I'm going to Vue, even if it is more $.
A man got to have a code...
Hulu is in the process of updating their guide. It is rolling out to various devices over the next several weeks. I use a Roku but haven't seen it yet myself.
Love Vue! Co-worker of mine recommend FuboTV, but have yet to check it out. FuboTV seems to have a similar lineup to Vue, but more sports channels.
I have no idea about the quality of their offerings, but their commercials were top notch!
We use PS Vue, $60/Mo. all in, and we get all the sports channels (with alternates). Huge has Letterkenny though, so, figure it out.
Thank you for your thoughts on how I should handle my cable. It was much appreciated.
I’m a YouTube TV guy, but will have to look into Hulu Live.
How is YouTube TV on clarity? For example, I watch games on YouTube and the ball “blurs” or “jumps” when a pass is thrown. Like watching on the computer several years ago. Is the motion picture quality good?
My youtube tv is solid HD. I think it looks better than the xfinity/comcast that I had and haven't had any problems with it. Cheaper and unlimited DVR sold me.. I don't have super-fast fiber or anything but do use the 500mbps service...
I notice no difference from regular television picture wise. I had it all last season. The only thing that is different is you can't change the channel up and down like you would with a normal cable remote, so you have to either go back to the guide screen or click down twice to see the last four channels you've viewed.
One good feature though is that you can customize your guide, so you can manually place the channels according to what games you're going to be watching and not have to scroll a long way to go between channels.
Great, thanks for the response, guys. Will look into it when I get back to the US. Couple more dumb questions. Do you need to buy a module/box like you do for Apple TV? I actually have Apple TV. Can you just get YouTube TV on there as an App?
I have a Roku, but it says you can get it on Apple TV.
My experience with YouTube TV is great, can’t beat it for live sports fans IMO. You have everything - ESPN Family, Fox Sports Family (Including FSOhio), Sports Time Ohio, BTN, SECN, ACCN, CBS Sports, NBC Sports, Golf, Tennis, NBA, MLB, and all of your local affiliates.
Only thing missing is NFL Network, NHL Network, and ESPN Classic.
Also includes TNT/TBS/TruTV for Marchmadness.
When I was looking into the options, I would have chosen Playstation Vue. I think it was the combination of available channels (sports and major networks) and recording capacity. Once I catch up on my DVR'ed shows, I'll be leaving DirecTV.
I’m a diehard CFB fan so I’ll be aware of all games, but my list tonight is 1) UCLA @ UC and then The Holy War
Just watch the damn game if you are interested. Not complicated.
Tonight will be a night to remember. Georgia Tech will stun the world by ditching the triple option. They will run the spread and throw the ball 40 times! Jking. They will throw the ball 4 times.
It's no joke. The have a new coach this year and are ditching the triple option.
Geoff Collins is from Temple and he is uses the spread.
They may not be any good for a while, but the option left Atlanta.
Then I retract my jking. Go Yellow Jackets!
Man my best advice is this: stop caring about not tuning in to the ACC and SEC network ratings. Just enjoy football. Yes I want to stick it to ESPN too, but I’ve given up on all that, they’ll find their own way out of business, whether I view or not. I understand your gripe tho. Wish BIG was with ESPN myself tbh, just so we’d get promoted a bit more. But that’s why you’re lucky you’re and OSU fan, we promote ourselves.
I find it ironic that you are "A Lover of College Football" but want to boycott both the SEC and ACC networks. A true lover of college football would just want to watch some football. Time to get over it, whatever "it" is.
Looks like we've found ourselves a long-winded non lover of college football! Get him, boys!
This is 100% correct. It's too bad virtue signaling has even infested sports fandom.............

Football season is too short. Watch every game. It's not like you will be a regular viewer of ACC tv. You'll kick yourself if GA tech upsets them. Turn it off if Clemson starts a blowout.
they didnt put Clemson game on ESPN??
not sure if ACCN is on comcast/xfinity package.
I think it’s the first game they are putting on the new ACC Network, which incidentally, is wholly owned by ESPN. Go figure
1.) Now you know why the PED thing wasn't scandalous enough for ESPENIS even though they're the TMZ of sports "news". The ACC Network is their new baby and they need a hit.
2.) The early scheduling on a weeknight will inflate their ratings due to football starved people across America chomping at the bit to see action.
Fuck Clemson. I hope they go back to “Clemsoning.”
I hope they go back to “Clemsoning.”
Gosh, I remember you could count on that as much as the sunrise every day.
Just watch SportsCenter tomorrow. They do at least 7-8 stories on Clemson in an hour. You'll likely see 1/2 the game during one episode!
OP, unless Nielsen was in your home and installed hardware/software on your viewing devices, your viewing/non-viewing doesn't count. And obviously since you are talking about it, either you know nothing about how Nielsen works meaning your viewing doesn't count or you just broken your Nielsen membership participation policy by revealing you are a Nielsen Household and your viewing will no longer count. So you are good either way.
George Tech 31 Clemson 27
Fuck eSECpn and fuck Mythigan.
" all local channels except ABC 6"
I had Fubo with an antenna and could not get ABC 6. We switched to Spectrum streaming with our internet and are paying about $120 a month for everything. Working good so far. Get all the locals plus all the sports we'll need.
Same here. We tried YouTube TV and it felt awkward. Spectrum without a box works well. Also glad I hardwired my new house at all the TV locations.
Tech will get smothered but they have a new coach and are going in the right direction. Metro Atlanta produces a lot of talent and UGA doesn’t have enough room for all of them. Ditching the triple option for a spread scheme is going to convince a lot of kids to stay home. There may be a day when Tech will actually be able to give Clemson a hard time.
10-0 and a chance to go 11-0...
and Fuck Dab-BLOW...Go Bucks
How is Jackson Carmen playing?
Was just gonna whine and complain about all these guys OSU offered and are now starting/playing for Clemson loll....
Carman looks like a beast, he's starting at LT for Clemson, that should tell you enough
And you know THIS....man!
Those PEDs doing wonders for his game.
Clemson worth no ones time. Wish we could have had the chance to kick their ass last season.
Watched a bit of the Utah BYU game and then it was halftime - the Clemson Bama SEC slurpfest was in full flow. Unbearable.
ESPN is in bed with both the SEC and ACC and the CFP. Whether or not we watch here in B1G country isn't going to change anything in that regard. We just need to win, go undefeated and if they are still talking that 1 loss Georgia gets in over us and it actually happens, then we riot. The playoff field will be expanded to 8 teams soon, there's too much money involved, and if Day keeps it on track with Urban we'll be in every year.
