I celebrated shit like that last year, Then...Bosa. Now I say 'what a shame'.
It’s Friday, and it’s my birthday. Can’t I get one damn day?
No. You get a TTUN thread every day and you like it!

and two on Sunday…..lol
Enjoying daily the 62-39 ttun beatdown.
Happy Birthday Knar - these nefarious deeds of sharing hobbies, and yes, tracking your rival is a hobby for so many of our fans, on the site of our beloved team seems like a losing battle. It just won't stop... People can't help themselves to some extent, because it's like "oh, I am enjoying this so much, so let me share it with my kin" - but this is why Thanksgiving is one day of family... if it were 2-3 days straight, we'd all be killing each other. Same goes for being part of a fan family unfortunately - you just can't choose who they are unlike friends - weird, right?

Happy birthday Knar. I’ll drink 1, or 10 to you. Cheers!
Ditto---enjoy it Knar..
I didn't know it was your birthday.
Trust me! I'm an Engineer.
Looks like someone’s pissed you didn’t know it was his birthday.

Just posting and hoping my comment isn’t deleted.

One of my Eastwood favorites from childhood. If it’s on I sit my butt down to watch everytime.
Best scene in that movie is when the lieutenant calls in an air strike using a credit card call through a switchboard in the US, an event that actually happened only in Panama in the action against Manuel Noriega.
Noriega was overmatched. Got the beatdown.
Knar just can't win this battle. Too many folk on this site want to know how the enemy are doing.

Especially when someone else will do the work for them! Feels less dirty than having to go to those sites directly.
I don't buy one goddam drop of gas in the state of Michigan!
Imagine if you were on the team and said that...your date with Marotti would be... unforgettable!

Happy Birthday, Knarcisi! May the *ichigan banter provide you with many laughs today!
I'd rather be an hour early than a minute late.
Congrats on getting older!
Right, it's Friday for crying out loud. Can we get updates on all things University of Michigan on the other 6 days of the week?!?

Thank you, thank you all. Normally I’d feel guilty about pirating a thread, but not so sorry that it’s a Friday scUM thread. Quite fitting, I think. Happy Birthday to me!
Happy birthday, you son of a bitch.

Happy Birthday Knars!
Thank you, old friend.
HB Knarc !!! From one Leo to another..enjoy your special day pardner.
As much as I loathe TTUN and their Insane Clown Coach, I wouldn't wish injuries or debilitating medical conditions on any of them. Won't root for them to win but wont be happy if their guys arent playing because they can't.

I dislike TTUN and Ambry Thomas is a heck of a football player but ulcerative colitis is no joke. I hope he is able to get back on the field and give hope to many many kids that have this disease.
Thomas has been a liability in coverage, similar to JamO when he was here. Amazingly athletic, but won’t make it past special teams, and can’t be counted on for quality depth.
Should we just chalk up injuries to at least two of their 4 top receivers now or wait until they actually happen? They have a lot of talent at that position but none of them seem to be able to stay healthy.
I didn't find anything recent on Donvan Peoples-Jones, but he missed all of Spring practice with an injury as well.
Tariq Black has been injured most of his career as well. Its too bad because they are both incredibly talented kids. I know they're the enemy but I never like seeing injuries derail a kids career. It would be a shame to see the talent those guys have go to waste because they couldn't stay healthy.

I'm not sure that's a fair assessment. Neither DPJ nor Nico Collins have missed any games and both are expected to be healthy on opening day. Tarik Black has missed the majority of his two seasons, so I get that. But, fwiw all are expected to be healthy opening day at this time.
I know they're the enemy but I never like seeing injuries derail a kids career.
Upvoted for this :)
Strength equipment is expensive & guarantees you nothing. A strong will is free & will give you everything you need.
IDK but their top 3 WRs are really good. If those 3 plus Patterson stay upright, they are going to have a good passing attack. Which they will need because they have nobody to run the ball.

Their coach, I understand, is mentally ill. That's all I got.

Damn right I'm a Buckeye
Do not wish injuries on anyone, even the enemy..
UC blows. As a crohns sufferer myself I’ve seen what it can do and I know full well what it is capable of. Dude probably had, or is having part of his colon removed. He’ll have a bag for a while and then be switched back. He’ll then recover and live a somewhat normal life. That’s not something you do in the spring and then play in the fall. It could also be any other sort of issue with the illness. That’s just my speculation.
My wife can relate to you Lew. She was diagnosed with Crohn's in 1976 when we hadn't heard the name before. She almost didn't make it through 1977 but the resection was successful and she has been in remission for 42 years now and delivered two healthy children in 1978 and 1982.
Let's Go Bucks
I HATE xichigan but I'm not gonna celebrate a player with UC or a bum knee....these are young men with futures.

Just want to give credit when the opportunity arises. It's nice to see so many OSU fans whom I know hate UM with a passion be supportive to kids getting injured and sick. It's nice to see we can still show compassion for the other side. Well done 11W. Upvotes for all of you.
I have UC and its pretty awful. I watch my diet, I exercise, I try to sleep enough, and it doesn't make a damn bit of difference. You can do everything exactly the way your gastro tells you to, and you're STILL gonna periodically end up in the hospital with a flare up.
I've been lucky to identify the worst of my triggers (iceberg lettuce...go figure) and the medication I'm on has kept my symptoms manageable, but its still horrific. I wouldn't wish this disease on anyone. Hopefully that young man finds his way, but I find it incredibly difficult to believe he can play football at such a high level while dealing with the effects of this disease.
Buckeye born, Buckeye bred, and when I die, I'll be Buckeye dead.
I too had it and was doing everything possible to not have flair up. I eventually had to have surgery...I was out of work for 6 full weeks, and even when I went back, I had to wear sweats because the incision does not heal quickly. I too wouldn't wish this on anyone. He is indeed very strong to be this far in such a physical activity while dealing with this.
All i can say is, if it was me, no one could have tackled me for at least 6 months. Hopefully he heals faster if he has the surgery, or if he does not, hopefully he does not have a flair up during the season.
I just talked to her last week. She was gonna make a pot for me.
Not having Dwumfour is going to hurt them on the D-line. Their depth there is already somewhat questionable and Dwumfour is probably their best returning D-lineman.
My brother suffers from Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease. It's no joke. Prayers for Ambry.

Nuke this thread, please. Bad mojo/karma, or whatever you want to call it.
It is time!!!!!
If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.
Yeah, sometimes I think I know them a little too well.
Varys: I've always hated the bells. They ring for horror, a dead king, a city under siege.
Tyrion: A wedding.
I've never heard of "torn plantar faschia" before, but somehow that sounds awful too. I imagine that's very painful.
It's a tear in the tissue/tendon in the arch of the foot. Very painful and very slow to heal. Also, it can recur at anytime you push off or do a lot of running. I've had it and it's such a frustrating injury that only time allows to heal.
I do not like injuries. I want OSU to beat TSUN at full-strength. No excuses, no mercy.
Even my dislike for scUm...I hate to see young men with injuries...wishing them all a speedy recovery...but...Fuck scUm...Go Bucks
Happy Belated Birthday Knarcisi...wishing you many...many...more...Go Knarcisi...Go Bucks
I'm glad to see 11Wers are sympathetic to these young men. It would be taking the whole rivalry thing too far if we were to revel in their misfortune.
My only question is - how is it Crazy Jimmie hasn't developed digestive tract issues of some kind? You know - given his recommended diet -
