I voted Colin's team. I think the offense has a little more firepower, and getting Jonathan Cooper 28th overall was crazy good value, also I feel like Shaun Wade, Malik Harrison, and Jordan Fuller are 3 of our top 5 overall defensive players on the entire squad.
Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.
I picked Colin's team based purely on the weakness Dan has at LB. Dan has the better OL, but where are they going to go with Hoak running the show against a good defensive backfield?
Dan also has the better DL, but the back 7 is largely unproven and I believe Fields, Dobbins and Farrell can exploit it.

Take Your Pick
Colin: I would have drafted Ruckert over Victor. You have a weaker offensive line going against a strong Dline, but a really good running back that your going want to use. Two TE sets could help with that, while Ruckert could easily split out at the X and provide a major mismatch against smaller corners.
I gotta give my vote to Dan. As he said, the game is won in the trenches and I think he’s got the better offensive and defensive lines.
Tommy Togiai goes undrafted? SMH.
Papa Joe's 92
Only reason Togiai went undrafted (and I think Colin would agree) is he plays the same position as Robert Landers and Davon Hamilton. He stood out to me as one of the first players I'd want to add to my team if we were drafting backups, because he'd probably be the starting nose tackle right now for most college football teams, but because he's still the third-string nose tackle for Ohio State this year, it was going to be tough for him to get drafted here.
Since moving positions was stated as being allowed, I personally think a DT pair of Hamilton/Togiai is stronger than Hamilton/Cornell
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
A case could definitely be made for that. Personally, I think defensive tackle is one of the toughest positions to rank on the entire team – hence why none were drafted in the top 22 picks – I think it's genuinely possible that any of the top six defensive tackles could be one of the Buckeyes' best defensive tackles this year. Works out well for Larry Johnson, because he'll be able to rotate and play them all regularly, but makes it tough to say that any one is definitively better than another.
Should also have had to pick Urban or Day for fun!!
Colin won at QB, RB, and LB
Dan won in the trenches
I consider WR and DB to be a draw.
With that, I believe you win football games with the big uglies up front, so I went with Dan. While I love Dobbins, we saw how he struggled last year behind a less than stellar O-line, and I actually believe that between these two teams, Teague would have the better season rushing, even though he's the lesser of the two backs. I think Hoak could manage the game well enough to allow Dan's team to roll to victory behind a dominant rushing attack, while his D-line would do enough to make life very uncomfortable for a first year QB in fields.
I picked Dan's team mostly because of the offensive line strength. The fact that both of these teams could win the B1G bodes well for us this year!
You Got Barbecue Back There!?!?!?!
Colin has the better QB, RB, TE (in my Opinion), and LB’s
Dan has better WR’s and Oline.
D line and Secondary is close to a wash in my opinion.
So I have to go with Colin. Dan’s team would struggle to score with Hoak at QB and Fields and co. would make enough plays against Dans weaker defense.
Buckeye Til I Die
Enough with the Fields to Victor 98 yard TD in the Spring Game.
OH-IO living BACK IN COLUMBUS after 32 years in the ATL.
No long snapper? Tressel would not approve.
To err is human. Really sucking requires having yellow stripes on your helmet.
Sorry guys, but I would take Tommy Togiai over other DT's. He's just so disruptive in the middle.
GO BUCKS!!! *ichigan sucks!!!
The offensive skills are pretty even I think. Dan may have 4 of 6 top O-linemen, but I give Colin the edge overall on offense. Having Fields provides escapability that can conceal some shortcomings of his O-line. On defense, I think they are pretty even except that Warner and Borland are liabilities until proven otherwise on the field in the new scheme. I think Fields, JK and co would run circles around them despite the strong D-line and secondary, so I'm taking Colin over Dan by around 10pts.
But more importantly... PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY DEMARIO MCCALL WENT UNDRAFTED?? This is his year to shine :P
The band is the best part.
The same reason he hasn’t played a ton the last couple years: he doesn’t have a true position.
First thing I noticed was no DMC ... seriously??!!!!
You don't know what you have until it's gone .... for example, toilet paper.
I would give you a helmet sticker if only this website deemed me having enough clout to do so.
Should do another draft just for special teams #forthebrand
I have to go with Dan's Team. I was very worried about the LB's on Dan's team but if you figure White in as an additional LB I think they will be okay there. This game will come down to if Collins O-line can protect Fields. I expect a lot of QB runs which could work very well with the slower LB's Dan team has. Ultimately, I think Dan's team wears down Collins and pulls away in the 4th. 24-14 Team Dan
I disagree with slower LB's. Werner is fastest LB on team and might even be faster than White. Anxious to see what the new defensive schemes will do for Borland and Werner.
I chose Colin's team. He has the offensive guns in Fields and Dobbins, while Dan's team may have issues with the LBs like 2018.

I would pay to watch these two teams play each other.
