If you’re going to announce a top two, just do your commitment right then and there. This is getting silly.
Just trying to build suspense. It’s all a big production now.
OSUCOM 2008 Graduate. Go Bucks!
It’s been going on for a hundred years and will for another 100
I'm really impressed with Gee Scott Jr as a person as well as a receiver.

if you get named to the Polynesian bowl do they take care of your airfare and hotel stay? I assume they would have to. For Hawaii, that would be quite the financial burden on a lot of families if they didn’t.
Yes they do.
The ones that trim their list to 10 or 15 are the crazy ones. It's their day of fame so let them enjoy it. Most won't ever see the NFL and some will be bust in college too. They find out real quick their no longer the star tail back of some place N.Dakota but just another fish in the pond once the sign. Even the ones that make the NFL some are short lived.
Gee Scott Jr is a hell of a young man.
”Ryan Day and the staff are recruiting football players who also fit a certain mold as people”
This makes me smile. All those stars and hopefully little to no drama!
Minor correction, as it was Simon with the quote about Day, but I'm sure it's something Scott would have said.
I don't think he was necessarily attributing the quote to Scott, but looking at Scott's character, the testimony about Day's focus, and appreciating it all.
I wonder if that’s why they backed off of Sherman in DC. That kid seemed like all the wrong kind of drama...

Tbf OSU hasn't really had to deal with a whole lot of player-related drama since Zeke left. 2016-2018 didn't include a whole lot of players who were prone to making headlines by saying controversial things (though there were the occasional character bad apples like Bri'Onte Dunn and Brian Snead). Meyer honestly had to deal with a lot more misbehavior from his coaching staff (namely one Zach Smith) than his players during that time period.
Scott is a helluva kid. But also him knowing and recognizing that the staff is also placing a high bit of focus on kids with character makes me happy.
Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.
High character and chemistry, of course aligned with talent will result in Champions and respect... Sounds like Ryan Day has some Jim Tressel inside...
Compare this staff to Urban’s last group (sans Hartline)... The Buckeyes are going places...
The pull to be close to home is big. Good luck Mr. Broughton.
Not only is Brian Hartline recruiting elite talent at WR but he also appears to be bringing in high character individuals as well. More props to him for that.
