The state of Maryland produces some football players. I guess this guy had it right after all.
*Looks out back porch*
Too bad most of them leave the state to play college ball...
Still love ya, Old Line peeps.
Hindsight is, and in, 2020
Beer had to be open some already. But ya she'd RIP that d
Vince Vaughn is the man.
Just hike the ball, nutjob.
How do I get to post a forum topic
Wait, shoot, just saw - it takes 100 points
so please excuse this ..
I just don’t know about bringing in another 2020 QB. Too many big time prospects out there interested.
Nicholas l Ernst
If we have to, we could always dip into the transfer portal again to bring in a QB if Fields leaves with Hoak.
B1G 10 D is going to absolutely hate our Offense. Filthy.
I thought brining on Andrade (sp) as a preferred walk on was supposed to alleviate the QB numbers issue once Hoak and Fields move on?
Fields of Dreams
I actually think Andrade has some serious potential.
Buckeye Til I Die
The Buckeyes would then have Miller (Soph), McCord (Frosh), and Andrade (preferred walkon) on its roster. Definitely too thin for a Power 5 program. Need at least 4 QBs on the roster.
He will get a few big time offers. He’s not walking on anywhere
Someone better tell Renfro we don't do fair competitions around here. The kid with the most stars starts.. Day isn't bringing Miller in to sit the bench!
While I'd agree, a player's stars might serve as a tie-breaker in a competition at a given position, I find it hard to believe any of our coaches would jeopardize the team's (and their own) future by playing the kid who is not the best option at his position.
Highly unlikely, IMO
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement. - Will Rogers
I don't buy that when hasn't the best man never started. Maybe Borland should of sat last year but on the D side of things they cleaned that up.
Stars should have zero barring on who starts. Stars no longer exist once a player steps on campus. The player who gives you the best chance to win plays, period. And I believe the coaching staff follows this philosophy. It's most of Buckeye nation and the media who have a hard time with this concept..
Justin Hilliard and Keandre Jones say, "WHAT" stars determine who plays?
Spot on letsgo! Hello Justin Zwick
robinson would be a BIG addition. Aug 2 is a big recruiting day.
Taylor, would it be possible to get some clarification on the 25 signee per year cap?
- when does this go into effect?
- how do grayshirts factor in? (We took a P last year and a PK this year)
- are there any other loopholes or allowable adjustments?
- are we taking 25 or 26 kids this year?
Damn shame ohio state is just going to piss all over college foosball for the next 5 years....damn shame
Sean Salisbury went to the other USC
The one that wins?
The one that has national title trophies in their hallway
Day and his staff have already proven they've got the chops for recruiting, the addition of Robinson and then Knighton on top of that to be the 2020 two headed RB monster would "most likely" put the finishing touches on the offensive side for 2020, and man oh man, what a group that is thus far.
Hopefully the focus then switches to bringing in 4 high level defensive kids because I think that side of the ball still needs a little more juice. Ransom will help, 1 more elite level corner would help me sleep better at night, and you can never have enough good pass rushers/run stuffers.
I love it, 2020 shaping up to be an incredible group.
Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.
