Really enjoyed the cooper video. That was pretty unique and was a good way to loop it all back to his home town.

Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.

Are the Buckeyes trying to flip Bryan Bresee or has that ship sailed?

I view Mookie as an all around play maker. He’s the kind of guy you throw him a bubble screen and he’s taking it to the house. Get him around the edge on a jet sweep and it’s 6

There are a handful of plays on those highlights where he's less than 40 yards from the end zone, there's 21 guys between him and it and he gets there with, at most, one hand laid lightly on him. He sees, reads and sets up angles and uses that 90 degree, 2-yard jump cut to devastating effect.

I rank his tape #2 to JSN's, who seems to have played against the highest level of competition. Fleming, frankly, looks to have been facing, on average, 5'8", 170 lb DBs. Gee looked fast and sure-handed, but the level of play in Washington state is apparently lacking, looked undisciplined and under-coached.

Absolutely love the fit...building a core of wide receivers with distinct roles and talents...not just a collection of athletes and underwear olympians. Add a top RB now and we are off to the races.

So were they cheering when Illinois came up like he chose them?

Apparently, they may have been laughing.  I saw some comments on twitter from Illinois fans saying that was disrespectful.

I don't think anyone is going out of their way to hate on Illinois. Most don't think anything of them at all. Off the top of my head, the most recent, vaguely relevant player of theirs I can think of is Juice Williams... And he hasn't played in, what - a decade? No one is being irreverent towards the Illini; the Illini are irrelevant.

I’d say Rashard Mendenhall was a bigger name, but yeah, not many.

He's further back than Juice!

It was borderline disrespectful

Since the Opening, we've been reading all these articles on this site about how underappreciated Jaxon Smith-Njigba is and how he plays with a chip on his shoulder because the "experts" haven't given him proper respect. Since Mookie committed today, I've read several articles on here about how Mookie is the perfect complement to Fleming, Scott and Garrett Wilson. Gee, I wonder why JSN feels that way?

In fairness, Olave was also forgotten in an article that mentioned the line of great receivers under Hartline during his time here where they listed the guys who just left for the NFL and then the young guys coming up.

Mookie's film shows that he could be an elite return man.

Maybe I'm blind, but unless I'm supposed to remember who these dudes actually look like with their uniforms and such, how am I supposed to know who each player is in the USA Top Today All Offense/Defense team. There's no name under the pictures....Am I missing something?

Weird to see my little brother's friend's name show up on here, but I guess no stranger than seeing my own high-school friend become the heart and soul of the National Championship winning Buckeyes defense
