I'm not complaining about it, but you might want to swap out that first video due to the lyrics of the music video.
If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.
Swapped to one without music for those who might be watching at work or with kids.
Wow, had no idea he was sick. He actually had some game, I was floored when I saw he put on 60-70 lbs and was still trying to play QB after college.
Sad story but thanks for breaking it to me, Dan. I'm headed to KY tomorrow for the 4th, will crack a beer in his honor.
OSU didn't execute and lost to horrible officiating. BOTH things can be true
Very sad to hear. I enjoyed watching him play. He could definitely ball for a dude his size.
Don't listen to Freddy P. Soft
By all accounts he was a good guy. RIP.
Success - it's what you do with what you've got. - Woody Hayes
From Cincinnati--Lorenzen's neighborhood. Our TV station did a nice piece on him last night. They showed some amazing highlights from his high school and college days. With his size, he was still a decent runner. He was good--not great. Yes, as a poster said, he was a great guy and did lots of community work as well. Then they showed a clip that showed him after his playing days. You had to see it to believe it--but they showed him on a scale and the scale hit the 500 pounds mark. Then my mood changed to sadness. Somebody, somehow, someway HAD to help him out when his weight was terribly out of control. But nobody did! So sad. RIP Lorenzen--may you find peace in Heaven.
Although having a loved one, friend, or mentor help to motivate you or come up with an excercise routine and diet to stay in shape is useful, ultimately it's on the individual to do the work and have the mental strength to want to improve.

Sad that he only lasted 2 years after making that obesity video. RIP.
