He is going to end up making the rounds like Jim Jackson did.  Atlanta would seem like a good spot as they are into their IIRC 2nd year of rebuilding probably looking for a vet PG to back up ..kid from Oklahoma?

My Hawks are going to be contending for a championship in the next couple of years. All of this young talent +2 max contracts to give after this coming season...

2 max contracts for who though? Atl isn't a free agent destination.

ET played well for Portland in the playoffs. Seemed like his minutes increased and he was often on the floor in crunch time. He is a valuable piece for any team that employs him.

The difference between Turner being a journeyman or a valued starter is his inability to consistently hit the three-point shot. Wherever he goes, however, he'll be a valuable player.

We as Buckeye fans will always have that three to beat TTUN from ET though.

ET was hot and cold offensively for Portland in the WCFs vs Golden State. Lacked consistency in that series though he played good defense and rebounded. They're unloading him for cap space?

Not really because they’re actually eating another bad contract. They’re going to have slightly less cap space. It’s just a player swap.

ET is a great dude.  I've had the privilege of meeting him twice.  He was very nice to me and my youngest son.  He remembered us even though it was almost 9 years between meetings.  Good luck Evan.
