That combination of size and speed is so rare, so it's for sure surprising to me to see a guy like Harris standing on the sideline so much. I think we have the right positional coach in place to get him to reach his potential. It'd be great to see him take a big step forward this year.
Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.
As a result of the new rules allowing players to participate in up to four games and still redshirt if they have not redshirted already, Harris was granted a redshirt last season and remains a sophomore in eligibility.
Any chance OSU can bottle up what McLaurin and Campbell had and supply it Harris?!? If Harris can keep working at it like those guys, skies the limit. It’s up to him.

With Harris' size and speed we really need to get him on the field. Some of our older receivers have flashed from time to time but if Harris can show consistency I would prefer the younger guy get the reps since he will be here longer.
Ironically, the older Receivers (Mack, Victor) were once the younger Receivers, and the same thing was said about them.
A personal 2018 highlight for me, was that the much maligned “older” Receivers (Campbell, Dixon, and McLaurin) got a full year to play with Haskins; too bad it wasn’t two years.

Very surprised he hasn't played more.

I am surprised that he has uad such a limited role so far. Was excited about it commitment. Hope he shines this year.
I’d heard that Harris was red shirted last year (based on his usage). Can a staff writer verify?
The article says he was redshirted.
Thank You! Guess I sped read too fast and missed it.
It’s in the article so, I’m not a staff writer, but I’ll confirm for you.

I’m hoping to see a lot more of Harris this season. Maybe he’ll get his chance if Mack will indeed line up at the Z some this year.

The 2018 spring game, Harris looked good except for the fact Williamson was phenomenal in man to man coverage.

In remembrance.
I always think of Michael Jenkins when I see a Harris article. I hope he can make some big plays like MJ did. Holy Buckeye!
