Damn. Good shit.
Thank you, KH. Honestly, I didn't know that it was called a Pommel Horse, so thanks for that. I've always thought to myself, "that shit looks like it's insanely hard to do". The core strength involved - in addition to balance, obviously - has got to be crazy. Agility, grip, shoulder strength, tri's, hips...not to mention concentration level. Oh yeah, and then landing. Yep, hard.
Congrats to Alec Yoder. That's awesome.
Yoder is the best pommel worker the US has had in a long time. If you don’t know gymnastics it’s hard to appreciate just how hard that routine is. Glad to see him cap it off with a title. When he hits that routine no one can touch him.

Best wishes for success at the Olympics next year.
Our honor defend, so we'll fight to the end !
Congratulations Alec and the rest of the team who competed at the NCAA Individual Championships.
Good golly. I get tired walking upstairs sometimes. There's no way I could do anything like that. Congratulations, Alec!

After he and his mom got done making all of those amish pies, he probably went out back and practiced riding one of his pommel horses till it got dark. If he's good enough to win a title, he was probably pommeling the horse pulling that little black buggy, all the way to town and back.
