Both guys should be early contributors. Not sure if they will start. Carton is more likely, although I think people underrate Walker. Liddell might get a good run at the four.

I agree, I think Walker will surprise some people. I expect that Carton and CJ will get about equal time running the offense, no matter which one ends up starting. And we could likely see some minutes with CJ playing off the ball and Carton running the point.

And definitely think that Liddell will get a lot of minutes, and possibly end up in the starting lineup.

IMHO Carton has more to prove that any of the other new guys, I think he could make an impact if he can defend?? Big IF! Walker is a polished veteran PG who ran the point on a national contender at FSU, you think an incoming freshman is going to push him?? Get real.

All these incoming freshman will have times of struggle!

I remember when Randy Ayers signed Charles “ Killer” Macon and Greg Simpson. Both Mr Basketball for Indiana and Ohio. Didn’t turn out so well for the two of them. I like Big Mac’s and lots of tatur sauce!

Macon never showed out to be the "Killer" we had hoped for, but Simpson was a solid contributor (until off the court trouble did him in). IIRC, he ended up at WVU after OSU dismissed him.
