Also said Harbaugh was a frosh his sr year, and was then and is now extremely arrogant.
Was he insane then too?
Feed the trolls
Not a unique identifier for big-time college coaches. The only thing bigger than Nick Saban and Urban Meyer's trophy cases are their egos.
Proudly dispensing unbridled arrogance since 1983.
Mom didn't know best.
Yea she did. F him and thank God he went to ttun.
I know there's a game Saturday, and my ass will be there.
I Believe In Ohio State.
Looks like hairball took the right career path by going to UM......Like many others he's praying for at least 1 win against the bucks....
Enjoying daily the back to back ttun beatdowns.
His mom gave him bad advice. His teams went 1-3 vs Buckeyes (from 1979-82).
Academics back then for OSU were in a really different place, I think.
I’m guessing that’s a joke. Not that OSU’s entrance requirements were stellar, but the insinuation that TSUNAMI was anything better than Prop 48 kids getting accepted into their Kinesiology program.
Tsunami? Nah theyre more like when someones talking to you and sprays your face with saliva
I changed TTUN to TSUN, and that’s what posted? Yeesh.
(And then yeesh autocorrected to Eyeshadow. Wow.)
All I'm saying is if I was born even 20 years earlier, there's a good chance I would have passed on OSU and gone to a better school. I didn't play football, though.
(Just to be clear, it definitely wouldn't have been Michigan)
As some who has both a graduate degree in exercise science and is a UM fan, I will say OSU is recognized as having a strong exercise science program, as does the state of OH have a reputation of having a strong culture for weight lifting in particular with things like Westsdie Barbell, Elite FTS, Rogue, & The Arnold Classic all living in OH. While UM is know for their academics as a whole, they are known in particular for their kines/exs program.
Strength equipment is expensive & guarantees you nothing. A strong will is free & will give you everything you need.
Funny stuff...like the QB Son of a Coach chooses his school based on academics.
Admissions requirements were different. Getting in-and staying-in the business, engineering, pre-med,etc,etc. program was still the same. tOSU happily accepted tuition for two or three quarters and washed tons of frosh out every year. The actual teaching by the professors hasn't gotten more difficult.
What does he think of UM nowadays?
He says he and other alum think Harbaugh's offense is from the cro-magnon days and will never allow UM to win any championship.
Maybe Dobbins will get tired. Michigan Man, 11-30-2019
Harbaugh's cro-magnon offense didn't give up 62 last November.................just sayin......................
Easy there, those are our guys now...
"The Edge is where average stops and elite begins"
I think most UM fans agree and are hopeful Gattis changes that, yet are still a bit on the wait and see stage.
"Said Bo used to smack their butts with a yard stick, really hard."
I think Bo missed with Harbaugh.
Those that Stay will be flogged.
I was thinking Harbaugh had his head up his rear end like normal.
I would imagine they are very similar looking as well as the smell. Bo probably couldn't tell the difference.
I think Bo missed with Harbaugh
Or maybe Harbaugh liked it
Shandy is not beer
Wanted to go to OSU, ended up up there. Like Chris Spielman in reverse, at least in that aspect.
Harbaugh comes off to me as strange more than he does arrogant. It's like he's too weird to even pull off being arrogant. I'm sure 18 year old Harbaugh thought he was the shit, though. Unless he was that weird back then, too.
Class of 2010.
JH is an interesting guy. As a UM fan I find him enjoyable, but I can see how others would not. JH is really just a younger version of his father, but was a better athlete and therefore got more famous and more opportunities. All his weird sayings like "attack the day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind" etc. are just Jack's sayings. For those that don't know Jack was an assistant under Bo. I think they are a cool family, but I can see that others might find him annoying. But, I just appreciate their energy and passion, even if it's sometimes mislead. Jack is still super energetic at almost 80 years old. For anyone who has never seen these two interact it's worth a quick watch and you'll immediately notice how similar they are. But, long story short Jim is really just a bigger, taller, younger version of his dad Jack.
