Do they HAVE to be embarrassed by this? I mean, if the last two games and raids on their staff didn’t embarrass them...
That kid has a better chance of going to TTUN than Harbaugh does still being the coach.
He met Isaiah at one of his sleepovers...

I thought this was going to be about UM hiring and firing a coach connected to the Nassar gymnastics scandal over the course of a single weekend:
If they weren’t embarrassed up to this point, I can’t imagine that this will do much more to make them feel as such.
Ohio, the greatest state in the Union!
If they're not embarrassed by what OSU has done to them over the last 17 years or so, then this won't be the straw that breaks the back
"We'd wipe the floor with them" - Evan Spencer
Surprised he hasn't offered Tom Brady's kid
If Ann Arbor is a whore, what's Harbaugh for going back to her?
Never happen: Giselle wants to raise a winner
"Have a Coke and a smile!.....along with $150 in UM football tickets"
Come on, he can't be only 11. To be in 7th grade he has to be 12, practically a teenager, and everybody recruits teenagers.
If he was born in Asia, he would be considered 12 already since they start at 1.
He is thirteen according to the headline for the linked article...
Whew! I thought he was really young.
Didn't Lane Kiffen offer an 8th grader while at USC.? Must be Harbaughs new role model
In his defense, that 8th grade QB was one of the nation’s best WRs this year and is headed to the NFL.
"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed, is more important than any other one thing." - Abraham Lincoln
USC does think of themselves as wide receiver u
Have you ever seen a fierce animal who you were sure wouldn't bite? Because I haven't.
Is that wide receiver U label impacted by a guy who was a WR at West Virginia?
Brilliant move. The dude is playing chutes and ladders while everyone else is playing chess.
^^^^^^^^This^^^^^^^ that comment is pure gold.
Hey Cancer! This ass kicking is brought to you by the Guernsey county mafia. Give it Hell 84!
Did Hairball take his own sleeping bag to the sleepover? PG13 only on Netflix Jimmy.
Fuck eSECpn and fuck Mythigan.
PG only. He's not even 13 yet.
Except Jim slides down the ladders and climbs the chutes

Michigan has no humility, shame or grasp of reality. Harbaugh is their perfect coach and this move will embarrass no one.
Harbaugh just wanted another reason to spend the night at a teen's home...
Stay golden, Ponyboy.
How old was Danny Clark when Meyer offered him? Fourteen? He was a ninth grader, and although that's better than a seventh grader, it's not a huge difference. I think recruiting in general is a shitty business, and it's the primary reason why I would get to the NFL as fast as humanly possible if I were a football coach. The one exception to that rule would be head coach at Ohio State. That would be the one and only college job that could prevent me from jumping to the NFL.
When I die, sprinkle my ashes over the 70's
Yeah, there was the offer to Clark - and how did that work out for everyone involved?
Honestly that worked out great.
-Danny's tattoo artist
I had forgotten about him!
Lol, TTUN fans thought that doughy candyass Matty Dudek was being mysterious and ominous with this gif....turns out it was just a literal caricature of his QB target.
Dudek is a no talent hack. Fat ass pencil pusher
If you're going to offer this QB tyke, why not offer his primary receiver(#2) as well . That kid looks pretty polished. Great hands!
Insane. My thoughts exactly.
Overall, these kids looked very advanced, but then I don't watch a lot of 6th grade football.
Will the scholarship offer still be on the table after Ryan Day runs Jimmy boy off to the NFL?
It's because they are sick of getting beat by quality OSU QBs and they roll out John OKorn and Nick Sheridan.
High and tight boo boo
Don't forget Tate Forcier!
Forcier actually played pretty well. He started the run on September heismans before he got benched for denard.
Isn't it Tathan Forcier?
I don't give a damn for the whole state of Xichigan.
11 years old? That seems like a pretty bold move for a coach that may not last another underperforming season or two.
"Because the rules won't let you go for three." - Woody Hayes
THE Ohio State University
What’s that saying about not buying green bananas?
Yeah, old Jimmy should definitely switch from buying milk by the full gallon down to the half gallon.
Is a skunk embarrassed by its smell? Probably not.
Why isn't this on MGBlog? I didn't see it discussed over there, lol....of course that site is known for controlling the message and deleting certain topics.
The controlling thing happens here as well.
It does, but not to the extent Brian doesn't a MGo.
Nah, the fact he is so young is not the problem, the embarrassing part is Harbaugh expects him to be the starter next year.....
Harbaugh will be gone by the time this kids in 8th grade lol
Everything about that shithole is embarrassing. Saw on Mgo they we're talking about negatively recruiting against us due to Columbus being #4 nationally in bed bug infestation. They are really reaching now. Ann Arbor is a whore.
Well, to be fair, the bed bug infestation, more than likely, spiked after TTUN team came to Columbus. After they shit the bed so bad on the field, there was probably enough left in the motel rooms to feed the bed bugs, so they stayed instead of returning back to AA. I mean, if you could, wouldn't you want to jump ship after that display of stupidity?
M Go Blog blowhards already getting their fake bravado back...
Cue the Harbaugh is a pedophile rumors. Brett McMurphy has the story at 11.
McMurphy probably too busy snooping into Tate Martell transfer story, to cover this. I'd be willing to be McMurphy has put in preliminary work trying to drudge up muck on the Fields/Maryell transfer scenario.
I doubt it. Meyer isn't involved. I think it's established at this point that McMurphy's vendetta was primarily against Meyer. And Day I don't think has proven himself enough as a big fish yet for McMurphy to want to take him down.
This kid should not take the bait. Harbaugh will bring in a transfer QB anyway.
AKA the Horseshoe, the Shoe, and the House That Harley Built
Truth spoken right there. He wont have "one he has whispered" yet.
Gotta love it.
Yeah, he needs to go somewhere else and transfer in after he's been developed.
Just ask Joe Milton, Brandon Peters, and Dylan McCaffrey.
He is crazy I just hope he didn't stay at his house
It’s just a publicity thing. Maybe he grows the right amount and develops and UM can say they were there way back when.
Maybe he doesn’t. Even if the kid says yes, neither side would be counting on it happening in the end. And even if he doesn’t end up at Michigan, this will get eyes on his career.
it’s all a bit unnecessary but I don’t see any reason for anyone to be embarrassed. He’ll just want to hold off on getting his college logo tattoo for a few years.
Didn’t we offer Danny Clark way too early???
I season my simple food with hunger
The rumor is this kid will be granted a wavier from attending his current junior high and his future high school. He should be eligible to compete this fall with Shea Patterson for the starting job! Nice job Crazy Jim!
Quick. Check to see if Shea is in the transfer portal.
The kid will be the best QB the world has ever seen by the time he is a senior in HS. So he will then decommit from xichigan on national signing day, by using tOSU fax number to send in his LOI, stand up, do the Heisman pose with a Rose in his mouth, and walk out. Now THAT I want to see.
Us throwing 62 in their bums was probably pretty embarrassing too.
Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.
Until the NCAA finally makes it so offers are actually binding (ie, if the kid accepts, the offering school is locked into giving him a scholarship), such offers are just dumb publicity stunts and mean nothing. I'm surprised schools don't actually make more such ridiculous offers, there's just not much of a downside, but there is an upside for the school: if the kid actually does grow up and become a stud, the school can use that "we knew it the whole time, we were with you from the start!" stuff to help recruit. Dumb all around.
It would be interesting to see how the recruiting landscape would change if the NCAA made offers binding. Schools would have to be very very careful about who they offered, and getting an offer from a school wouldn't just be a "hi, how are you, lets talk" gesture, it would mean something.
