Hey Michigan, we took your soles and now we’re taking the valuable pieces of your coaching staff. Deal with it
Urban Meyer left an incredible legacy. 12/4/18 Ryan Day begins his.
That explains why they looked so slow against the Buckeyes
"Three things can happen when you pass the ball, and two of them are bad." - Woody
I see what you did there.
To err is human. Really sucking requires having yellow stripes on your helmet.
Don’t give Michigan another excuse for why they lost.
We took your soles but left you the rest of your shoes.
Head north till you smell it, west until you step in it
Remember when they thought it was super cool that their quarterback didn't tie his shoes? That was funny.
I think it was because he didn’t know how to tie his shoes, which was why he was nicknamed Velcro.
"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." - Edmund Burke
Ahhhh the memories. Seems like just yesterday that Velcro was QB for TTUN.
"If you're not changing, you're falling behind."
Ugh... okay, the spelling police got me, but cut me some slack, I typed that on my stupid iPhone at 5am...
Actually, you have no period at the end of deal with it. But in this discussion it should be an exclamation point. LOL
Hey I didn’t even go w the lunch aspect.
All in good fun amigo, all in good fun!
Laces to hang yourselves with, and the tongues so you can give yourselves a lashing then lick their wounds Buckme.
m GO BLOW!!!
They played like a bunch of loafers.
THought they were a bunch of All Stars, though didn’t they?
"Because I couldn't go for three." - Woody Hayes
We took your soles and your souls.
OH-IO living in SEC! SEC! Ville
I mean... you're not wrong.
O-H-I-O Rip their fucking heads off and... steal their shoes.
Now I know what play to run when the boss asks for volunteers to work the weekend.
Good old #8.
Despite the high cost of living, it still remains popular.
That was a play Herman came up with in honor of his strip club bud, Zach Smith.
20$ says he used to call it “go fuck yourself urban” and it used that play with Brett McMurphy on the phone....
Herman should also have a play called dollar bills, coke, and strippers while he’s at it
If I must choose between peace and righteousness, I choose righteousness! -Theodore Roosevelt.
That’s pretty funny but looking at that picture, wouldn’t he have to read those plays upside down?
The blown up picture is flipped, so no.
Play #8 is #1 in our hearts
Just posting and hoping my comment isn’t deleted.
Is that their variation of Peyton Manning’s “Omaha”? Or perhaps the “Philly Special”?
Undoubtedly named by our dear Texas Tom Herman, in all his MENSA eloquence.
Less then 48hrs on Duty and the staff is greatly improved. I like where this is heading. Let's make Washington official. And I'm pretty sure the ox ran the #8 on that Bulldog Mascot.
Noon games suck
So you’re saying Day is better than Urban and Yurcich is better than Day? Because those are the only staff changes that have been made so far.
Taking the "interim" tag off of Hartline is being considered a Day move, plus Yurcich, plus the possibility/probability of Washington. Guessing Washington will do both LBs and special teams.
I aim to misbehave.
I wont say Day>Meyer. But I will say anytime you add a coach who's offenses are top 10 nationally you improved. And as a bonus I'm sure he knows recruiting fertile Texas very well so now we have that pipe line tapped again.
I think Herman stole #8 from Maryland’s playbook after seeing it 2 years in a row!
Now I understand why the OL didn’t play up to standard this year (sub-par running game, pre-snap penalties)...Coach Stud was more interested in looking at that camera than coaching during the time out Gigapixel pic. [this post is a ‘where is waldo’ task]
I wish Desmond was standing on the other sideline.
I'm a big fan of Happy Jamarco and his "Billionaire Boys Club" sweatshirt.
"We gotta go win this next game and make the State of Ohio proud!"-UFM
That's a streetwear brand founded by Pharell Williams. It did go well with the team wearing their home unis
I know virtually nothing about Al Washington but if adding him to the staff means taking Jimmy Harbaughs lunch money, I'm good with it.
All reports were that Zach Harrison's relationship with Al Washington was the strongest pull for him to choose Michigan. No doubt he's a recruiting upgrade over Davis.
I want a fall Saturday in Ohio Stadium..
Sounds good to me. Probably better at coaching linebackers too, and based on the research I've done since my original post, looks like a defensive line guy. Perhaps a replacement for Larry Johnson in a few years.
No offense to Bill Davis but I think a ham sandwich is a better recruiting tool
Beware the ham sandwich
I'll bet less than 2% of 11W readers know who Janis Joplin and Mama Cass are.
Proud to be a 2%er!
I'd rather be an hour early than a minute late.
I’m with you, Major. (and Jim Morrison’s name was not on the list.)
"Hit them hard and see how they fall"
That took 'a little piece of my heart' right there.
Come on, come on, take it
Ya bunch of good-fer-nuttin whippersnappers, get off my lawn or I'll throw my walker at you!
Now I've got this song stuck in my head...…….oh Lord, why don cha buy me a Mercedes Benz...

How about a shot of Michelle Phillips...
If I do, does that officially mean that I am old?!
I don't want to be old. :(
Trust me! I'm an Engineer.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby.
You serious, Clarke?
"I'll bet less than 2% of 11W readers know who Janis Joplin and Mama Cass are."
Naw, there's plenty of you old guys on here.
The real question is which is higher: the amount of those "millenials" that know those artists or the amount of old guys who've forgotten about them?
Buckeyedude, I am 69, drafted in in 1969, and I sure nuff know who Janis Joplin and Mama Cass are. California Dreamin at the Rose Bowl!!!!!! Still, Rex Kern and Woody beating O.J. Simpson and Southern Cal, top moment in my life, closely followed by that Play Off win over Alabama.
Thanks for your service, Cv. I had two brothers in Vietnam.
I was too young to get drafted. Or should I say, "Urban and I were too young to get drafted."
Make that "1%" and count me in
“Save yourself and relax during every game. I recommend a fine bourbon.”
Think that’s a drastic underestimation.
Think that’s a drastic underestimation.
Evidently it is. I tip my hat to any millennials that are familiar with those artists. And I tip my hat to any Boomers(myself included) that remember them.
I live not that far away from where Joplin grew up. Unless you count time in traffic.
Why would Harrison be talking to the line backers coach?
Washington is a Columbus native and recruited the area for them
If Ann Arbor is a whore, what's Harbaugh for going back to her?
The article didn’t even identify what position Al Washington coaches, but agreed, screw over Michigan whenever you can.
Thanks, I thought I must have missed it.. would be a nice bit of information to include
Most recently he was the LB coach. Has a history of doing D-Line and special teams as well. Thinking he will take over Urban's role on special teams at the least.
"Plus, I'm all aboard any move that simultaneously makes Ohio State better and Michigan worse."
And that's all I have to say about that ...
"The minute we stop expecting greatness, we become Wisconsin."
Thank you, Forrest.
Forrest won the natty with 'Bama, but where was he in the Heisman voting? Gotta admit, a Heisman and a MOH would be one hell of a combo!
No problem, Iowa. I was confused about media reports on Harbaugh's greatness conflicting with his actual results and actions. My momma cleared that one up for me: "Stupid is as stupid does."
I'm with you on this one MB12. The only place I've ever seen that said he is a great coach is mgo. I understand he's a great recruiter, but so was Zach Smith. But taking a coach away from Harbaugh and those shitty fans is always a great thing.
Only Tom Herman. Starting to really not like that smug prick.
Fine teacher of young men
The pain of discipline or the pain of regret, take your pick
But his wife...different story. Although she seems like she is bat shit crazy.
The offseason is off to a fine start, and could be fixing to get even better should Al Washington lands in Columbus.
I'm not around that much, running exhausted and lost...
I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it but Urban’s last game was eerily similar to Tressel’s last game.
Hadn't made that connection, but you're absolutely right.
Let's hope the first season post-Urban isn't eerily similar to the first season post-Tressel.
Da gout ain't nothing to fool with.
Using that giga pixel image thing that’s about the quality of fans I saw on the stands actually
Damn. Belichick has said less after a Patriots’ SB win.
Couldn’t help but notice Bill seems to have as much of an aversion to using pronouns as drafting Buckeyes. Don’t know what that’s about but might do some research to look into it.
You share the same affliction.
My guess is that for Belichick as a public figure who frequently finds himself quoted in various publication media lack of use of pronouns is an endeavor to avoid misunderstanding and more importantly to avoid misquotation on who he is referring to in any particular statement.
Ebner still getting it done...
He's a man of fewer words
So, am I the only one that use the giga pixel zoom thing to look for hot chicks in the stands?
Why couldn’t they do this at one of the SEC games where there’s actual girls wearing next to nothing in the stands?
Trust me, there are better places to look on the internet for stuff like that
Still, Moo’s first question stands. His second question, though: meh, who cares?
Trust me, there are better places to look on the internet for stuff like that
You sound like you speak from a position of mucha experiencia!
You could probably search for some SEC team, one with a lot of majorettes in the band, and "Gigapixel" and find a few of those panorama shots.
Even easier you could just truncate the provided link and likely end up at a homepage for the folks who do these images. It was pretty easy to turn this one up that way: https://gigapixel.panoramas.com/bigten/2018/
Everything is fine in Columbus. Come on down, Mr. Washington!
The story about the Mexican mayor getting executed just after winning office is chilling. I've been to South America, where you either get in the right cab or be robbed and killed, but this is at a whole another level. WTF?
"We get paid to score touchdowns, not kick field goals"
-- Urban Meyer
Idk. I’ve been to Mexico a bunch and corrupt government is simply a way of life. For the most part, the every day Mexican simply puts their head down, works a 10-12 hour day for little money, and gets up and does it all over again day after day. Vincente Fox was a legit “man of the people” in their minds but that was some time ago and he was prez. A mayor? Meh, happens all the time.
I get the level of corruption in Mexico, but a guy being executed within hours of him taking office is truly horrifying.
The level of non-chalant would really amaze you then. Just remembering a talk I had w a transport driver, not too long ago. Politician was gunned down...who won the soccer game?
I've been to Mexico a few times and have never felt unsafe, but then again my trips have always just been airport -> tourist approved hotel -> airport
Oh I didn’t mean I’ve felt unsafe. I’ve been there 35 times [give or take] and I’ve never felt unsafe. I go to town in the evenings - take it all in - and I’ve been to some pretty rural areas. Do I pay closer attention there? I guess but much like here, behave badly....that said there are places I’ve been there I simply wouldn’t go back to.
Oaxaca is one of those. Guerrero(sp?) state is another. And basically all the border with US states. Used to go on and even lead nature/birding tours to Jalisco >15 years ago.....It was starting to get dicey in the mountains there by 2007. 30000 people murdered in one year. Yikes.
Enjoy the wins over *ichigan, ....I still remember the dark days of the 1990's....
Mexico City is pretty much okay. A lot of MX countryside is cartels' country (narcos) or is near a state of anarchy. Oaxaca (and So. MX) is and has been in a state of unrest for a very l-o-n-g time (Recall the indigenous American guy with the black watch cap over his head and a pipe stuck through a hole to reach his mouth.) I recall a a stray bullet from Juarez stuck in a UTEP commons doorpost not so long ago. Watch Sicario--not so much of the urban and crossborder landscapes are hollywood, but also remember what Patton said about fixed fortifications.
I come here for all of my NPR feed--ty, haha
The man spoke 7 sentences, and none of them had subjects. Brevity is the soul of wit, BB.
Why can’t these millennials use proper English for once?
Of course airlines overbook flights. Has been going on forever. Hotels do the same thing whenever possible, I believe they call it the wash factor of knowing how many won't show. Yes they will have to walk some people, but all in all it makes them more money. What a system. I have taken cash and vouchers before from both airlines and hotels so I am ok with it.
Play #8 has to be a fun one just for Ehlinger to look at if nothing else. Now that they world has seen the play sheet, does Herman have to change the whole thing before next season?
i know little about Al Washington, but may e he liked the post simply because he is happy that Urban is no longer going to kick their asses? If he wants to join Day it sounds like a good idea, but that may be readinga whole lot into something that may be very little
"They say, "these geeks come a dime a dozen. I'm lookin' for the guy who's supplyin' the dimes." -Classy Freddie Blassie
I'm going out of a limb that the Twitter like is not the only clue leading people to believe he's heading here.
Yeah, I generally don’t just toss rumors like that in the first slot in the skull session without a little more knowledge.
Al Washington means Bill Davis is gone...right? Please say yes....
Did anyone see that Manny Diaz fired Miami’s entire offensive staff, including Mark Richt’s son? Either that’s a group that thought their jobs were safe and it would be business as usual and were caught completely off guard or there was a divide between the offensive and defensive coaches reminiscent of Vrabel supposedly throwing a playbook at Bollman back in 2011.
Between Richt's somewhat sudden departure and Diaz's about-face on I-95, something's definitely not kwite right in Coral Gables.
Their offense was ranked in the 100's. We are all calling for Day to clear house on the defensive side of the ball (except for LJ). A new coach clearing house for his own crew is nothing new.
The Al Washington news is tremendous! I'm trying to picture in my mind what kind of procedure would have to occur to permit the former UM coach into the Woody Hayes Athletic Center for the 1st time. I'm imagining something along the lines of him being stripped down and handed a match to ignite all of his piss Maize and Blue gear in a bonfire at the door. Dragged naked toward the OSU/UM countdown clock and having some kind of ritualistic cleansing performed. I'm guessing it will be kept all nice and quiet. An in house initiation that we will probably never be privy to.
Definite blindfold. Sorta like entering the Bat Cave. But a strip search doesn’t sound excessive [either].
Blindfold made me think of the new “Bird Box Challenge” where people are idiotically trying to navigate their lives while blindfolded. I watched one video of a guy driving with a hat pulled down over his eyes and another where a blindfolded father was dragging a toddler and slammed him into a wall. I can’t embed tweets off my phone but this is pretty funny. I’m not sure if that qualifies as child abuse but I cringed and laughed at the same time.
Funny. I just saw that too. That’s the bitch of Natural Selection. I mean let these morons eliminate each other, but innocent people will get caught up in it. Go back to Tide pods...please.
Shallow end of the gene pool...
You Got Barbecue Back There!?!?!?!
… that didn't get enough chlorine.
That driving scene where they somehow used navigation to get through streets covered with mayhem without looking drove me nuts. The guidance prompts are just that and couldn't provide all the actual information needed to get from point A to point B (even in an empty street let alone one filled with obstacles).
Obstacles being scores of dead bodies. I think I forgot that movie 45 seconds after it ended.
The dude should be stripped naked, stood in front of one of the "Michigan" fire hydrants, and hosed down with the fire hose. That's how he'd prove his new loyalty. Just my opinion. I know you can't haze pledges or recruits, but I think new coach hires are perfectly fine if they come from TSUN.
I suppose that we should not put you in charge of recruiting coaches.
I was serious.
With the final rankings, the highest 1 loss, 2 loss, 3 loss , 4 loss and 5 loss teams will be the SEC. Keep drinking your Kool Aid though. I assume there will be a 5 loss SEC ranked.
You must be assuming that bama loses vs clemson, no other one loss sec team will be ranked ahead of us. Also, there are zero 2 loss sec teams now.
Are there any 1-loss teams that could be ranked ahead of us? Alabama could lose to Clemson 63-0 and they’ll still be ranked ahead of us. If Alabama beats Clemson, Oklahoma will be ranked ahead of us. If Clemson wins, Oklahoma and Notre Dame could both be ranked ahead of us.
What I’m also curious to see is if Mississippi State is ranked ahead of Iowa. That’s when we’ll know that the jury’s been rigged.
Well...you keep forgetting that when an sec goes 0-12 it’s because they lost all of them by 1 point to really really really good teams and would have been in the discussion for the playoff if they could have just scored 24 more points. What were you thinking?
If Bama loses to Clemson, they should still be ranked ahead of the Buckeyes. Losing to undefeated Clemson isn't even in the same universe as losing to 6-7 Purdue by 29 points. Anyone who would argue otherwise is just a blatant homer.
Or losing by 3 TDS to a team that struggles to sore at all.
This bad loss factor is fine and all. I respect your thoughts in all your posts. But to conhtinuously invoke the big loss in college football is wrong imho. It’s college football where Maryland beats Texas, Texas beats Georgia. But nobody confuses Maryland to be better than Georgia. Some losses make no sense. Especially if a team (tOSU)has a perfect record in games as an underdog, has a .903 winning percentage then puts up 62 points against the #1 defense. You just can’t ingnore the massive positives when weighing the one massive (but out of character) loss.
I’m assuming you’re not a believer in transative properties, but comparing big losses for scale Must use transitive statistical assumptions about the opponents. It obviously doesn’t work. I think it’s bad for the sport to look at margins of victory Or loss. Why? Because there are analysts who probably STILL think a 3 loss Georgia is better than tOSU because one ugly loss to Purdue and not winning The Rose Bowl by 30. That’s nuts.
I'm not looking at transitive losses at all. I'm merely stating that Bama hasn't lost to anyone by 21 or more points in any of its CFP seasons. So, if you are going to use Urban Meyer's career winning percentage at OSU as an evaluation factor, it's equitable for someone to apply a concomitant criteria when evaluating 'Bama. To do otherwise is disengenuous.
Based on what we've seen of both teams, is there anything to lead a reasonable person to believe that if Bama had played OSU' schedule, they would've finished any worse than they did? I'm pretty confident in saying they still finish 13-0. I can't say the same for OSU versus Bama's schedule from what I saw of the Buckeyes and their defense this year. Oklahoma would've given them a game, as would've Georgia in the SEC CCG.
Yes but if they lose in a close game, they could still be considered the best one loss team in the nation and therefore still be No. 1 in the nation.
The loser of the title game is always #2. So either Clemson or Bama will be a 1 loss team ahead of us.
We were #5 one year after losing the title game.
I meant since the playoffs started. They don't penalize a team for getting to the final game.
Even if Alabama losses 100-0 they should still be ranked hirer then us. You don't slide down the polls for loading the title game...
Misssippi State with 5 losses is number 8 in ESPN’s FPI. I was wrong on one. Penn State with 4 losses is the highest 4 loss.
Hope Washington comes. Would be a great pickup for multiple reasons. However he used to work with Day and has a relationship regardless.
Not crazy about reporting based on "liking" of Tweets. It's inferred behavior. Not a crticism of Kevin or the Skully per se, but I keep seeing "stories" in various places about what liking a tweet "means". That's not reporting, That's speculation.
It’s a fact. He liked the tweet. i would speculate it means he likes what he sees. But the like is s fact.
It's the implication of what a like means. Maybe he's just happy for his former colleague. According to 11W, I've given 4 DVs, but none of them were intentional. Maybe Washington has fat fingers like me?
Right there with ya. I’ve “given” three DVs. I’d love to know which posts they were for.
I mentioned this to somebody else, but I don’t really just toss things like that into the first slot of the skull session without at least a little more knowledge of the situation. If I didn’t think there was more substance, I wouldn’t have included it. Same goes with anything else I put in here, like the Justin Fields stuff when it first happened.
I’m not saying it’s absolutely going to happen, but there’s a bit more to it than him liking a tweet.
Thank you Kevin for the additional insight. As mentioned not necessarily a direct criticism, but an annoyance about internet / social media in general that hit me at oh dark thirty while reading. If you post on Facebook that your dog died and I used the "Like" button instead of the "Sad" button, does that mean I'm happy that your dog died? Oh the world we live in. Keep up the good work. Cheers
1. I hope the susurrus of Al Washington to the Buckeyes becomes a reality. Spending May finding the next Zach Harrison is more appealing than going on a photo safari. Cue the Ace Ventura gifs.
2. In public interest, I can painfully attest gout most commonly manifests in a reddened, very painful big toe. If you wake up and you can't stand the sheet touching your toe, you've got gout and need to get to a doctor ASAP for a dose of colchicine. In my case, one celebratory meal of shrimp and other rich items brought it on.
Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.
You’ve already been to Outback for your free coconut shrimp?
No, IIRC, it was shrimp scampi, red wine, and chocolate mousse. One meal was all it took.
Because of my high uric acid levels in my blood, my doctor put me on medication to hopefully prevent da gout. The thought of my bad, big toe having to suffer is disturbing.
not to minimize my dislike of ttun, but tosu has to pivot its obsession with harbaugh to what it will take to overcome the clemson and alabama advantages in recruiting and coaching. our expectations now go beyond 'the game' to making/winning the cfp and avoiding our crazy annual blowouts to teams like iowa and purdue.
If we could get into the ACC and play their schedule, we'd be in the playoffs every year Instead of Clemson.
Assuming we'd beat Clemson
Yeah, I've considered this a lot. It's almost like the longer the overwhelming dominance we have over them continues, the less satisfying they are. For those that grew up before JTress started taking their entire program to the woodshed to the point where he was basically able to fire their coaches for them, that hatred runs deep and is unwavering. Beating TTUN was the standard for a successful season that we didn't meet for a lot of years, and the taste of victory tastes just as sweet today as it did in *pickyourfavoritevictoryoverTTUN. Urban knew that and respected it, but I think I remember a story written on 11W his first year when he was on a recruiting visit and used the phrase, "...we are on a collision course with Alabama." 85 yards through the heart of the South later, and he raised the bar for all of us. It's a complicated time to find contentment for OSU fans haha, but I guess that's probably a good problem to have.
I believe there is such a thing as “grade inflation” in high schools with the goal being to get into a good college/university. Since then high schools have implemented AP and Honors course that (are suppose) to measure college level readiness.
Do I believe in “poll/CFP inflation” – Yes.
During every college season – successful or unsuccessful – there are (seems to be) 6-10 plays that determine your win/loss record and/or the outcome of the season. I think about JT’s 85-yard weaving run against Minnesota, Cardale’s performance at the end of 2014/15, etc. In addition, in wildly successful seasons it can come down to 1-2 plays. Holy Buckeye against Purdue – if that doesn’t happen we are not going to play for a national championship. If Pass interference (clearly) against Miami, is not called, we are not winning a national championship. Or on the dark side, a 35(?) yard field goal by Sparty in 2016 or 4 and 1 in the BIG Championship game against Sparty. So, every play matters (in high school – homework, class participation, quizzes, midterms, finals…) when you are pursuing a championship.
Perhaps, in 2018, the play of the season was even a play. It was the injury to Nick Bosa. So sometimes the key “play” is an injury to a key player.
To break this down further, in every game there are 60-70 offensive plays per team or 120-140 in total. Take that times 12 games and there are close to 1,500 plays in a season. If your margin for error is 6-10 plays out of 1,500 – Yikes!
So, what’s the point? Well, how do you increase your odds of minimizing the impact of these 6-10 plays? By playing a lesser (read FCS) opponent for 1-2 games. This allows you to reduce the numbers of plays – where you are in jeopardy losing the game - and minimize the number of key players exposed to injury (because granted they could happen in any game). It’s the equivalent of taking the old “basket weaving “class to improve your GPA. So, if a FCS (high school class) win is valued the same as a Power 5 (Honors class) win or even a Group of 5 win, we’ll continue to have the same outcomes/participants in the CFP.
In this case, it seems like coach Washington would be an upgrade in recruiting and coaching over Davis. The fact that it would be to TTUN's detriment is just icing on the cake. I am not obsessed with Harbaugh, but it sure is fun beating him at everything! HAHA
Day's hire of Yurcich was great and now the potential hire of Washington looms. Day hitting it out of the park again!
Honestly I'd never heard of either of them prior to this article, but I hope you're right!
Just read that Washington is in. Boom.
You got a source Ski ?
Go get'em Cal Poppy - we are behind you !!
It's not a rivalry .............. it's a wreckoning.
But how many stars does Washington have?
None at the moment! He coaches at TSUN!
The Gigaplex is amazing. The best part is how pissed off Desmond Howard looks in the picture. lol
Love the move bringing in a new QB Coach and to top it off Washington would be a real positive. Can you imagine where this team would be on the defensive side if he heads to Columbus.
Didn't we drop 63 on the team he is part of?
I was VERY impressed with the Longhorn QB, Sam Ehlinger(?) and the longhorn steer that went nuts when it saw the bulldog. Now PETA doesn't want live animals at the games. RMFEs. I Loved that they beat the piss out of Georgia, too.
I don't have a long bucket list. It goes something like this:
Because of my pending divorce, this wasn't to be the year. It would have been perfect, considering UFM and I have so much in common(age, birthplace, favorite team). I'm just hoping that Day can get the next generation of Buckeyes to the Rose Bowl, and maybe it will be for all the marbles?!
If PETA doesn’t want live animals at games, can we get that to include super fans?
Can you imagine the bedlam if Mike the Tiger ever got loose inside LSU’s stadium?
Ed O would stare that kitty down, and keep grumbling in his beautiful creole accent. to quote "We ain't bakin down" lol
"All reports were that Zach Harrison's relationship with Al Washington was the strongest pull for him to choose Michigan." You think Coach Day may have told Zach he was going to try to bring Washington over from the dark side on his closing visit ?
LOL just weeks ago they were bragging about how they stole him from us, in spite of his father playing for Woody.
"The future is bright at Ohio State." - Urban Meyer 1/1/15
You can tell I am old, I thought we WERE talking about his father, although his dad would be a bit old to start a new coaching gig, if he was 21 in 1977, that makes him 62 right now.
#OKState OC Mike Yurcich on why he grew a beard: "It turns my wife on."
Reporter: "That's a good reason."
Yurcich: "It's the best reason."
Same reason I have a beard.
If you continue to think what you always thought, you will continue to get what you always got. #AlumforStaff
Because it turns Yucichs' wife on?
Now that's funny.
This comment needs way more likes. Get to work.
That "grocery store where stars are born" is literally right by my house and where I buy my groceries. It is always shut down for filming, which is often pretty annoying.
"Turns my Wife on"... Seriously?
How soon is too soon (Mr/Mrs Smith part duex)... or is this the formula for another 13-1 season?
Maybe hire Ray Donovan with the $$ we're saving...
Wut? How is that even related to the crazy Smiths? It's not like he said "cause it turns on other chicks".
At the time I thought Peterson was almost giving up when he punted, but then I looked at what we had been doing offensively since our final score early in the 3Q - NADA. If he had gone for it and not gotten it, that would have 100% slammed the door shut, because even a FG there puts the game out of reach. It turned out to be a smart move.
I was diagnosed with gout a few years ago and it is definitely a pain in the (foot) buns
You win with people.
Even if you weren't there and have nobody to find, it's still an amazing 365-degree look at one of the most iconic venues in sports.
Why the extra 5 degrees?
I'm all about the 365 degree views 360 days of the year.
Georgia is a 3 loss team and should be 15 or so.
I wanted to see them lift Urban on Chase and Dre’Mont shoulders and carry him off!!! What happened to that tradition!!! Stupid Gatorade
Washington to coach LBs while learning from Larry Johnson? Looking to improve one unit while creating a smooth handoff for the next.

I kind of like that Belichick can't be bothered to use complete sentences when talking to the press.

Tip on the Washington hire. I hope we get him, He inboxed my daughter who is a big TTUN fan and said no decision has been made yet. Won’t be til next week. I think they are trying to pressure him into staying proving he is loyal to them. I hope he flies Otta there as fast as he can. #Comehome
