Well i kind of disagree.. while ttun has fallen on some hard times just recently I think that this is a very high caliber job for any coach in America. I think that a lot of coaches would love to have a chance to bring the wolverines back up to par. But I think that it all really depends on how badly Les Miles wants to retire in that wretched state.
This list should also include Corey Linsley.
I think while most of us prefer the same old scarlet and gray uni's and would be happy if it never changed, a lot of young recruits do not have the same sediments. I am sure for some of these new recruits, a very small portion of their decision making process has to do with what kind of cool uniforms the team gets to wear on Saturdays. Not saying that it's right but they are 17 and 18 year olds. Example: Oregon.
I was at this game as well (now YSU and OSU alum) but when I was watching this game I was so torn, I wanted to see the worst for TTUN, but at the same time I just knew that it was not good for the B1G or the rivalry.
Pretty sure there are 125 FBS schools. I think you have to keep in mind, it is the one loss teams and undefeated teams that are going at it currently, which is very hard to do regardless of how many teams there are. I think OP is saying that each game matters if you want to make it to the big show, where in the NFL as long as you can make the playoffs you got a shot.
In my opinion the way the college season unfolds is much more exciting than that of the NFL but that's only if you got a dog in the fight. I also think this will not change with a 4 game playoff. It will just give you a better look at who's the best of the top 4 teams.

now that they are in the SEC MODE of play...
This literally made me cringe.
Might as well just use their ratings off of NCAA '14. Not even sure if this would accurately portray anything.
But IMO this is a clear example of why college football is great, what really matters is who shows up to play that day (and that's only if basing win losses by natural talent).
Hrm.. not sure about these ratings. Corey Linsley and Roby seem a little bit low . But that just may be me being biased. I love the thought of this matchup versus Bama, but if we do make it to the big game I hope we play an SEC team rather than someone like Oregon.
I think that I see something that no one else is talking about, but in the video if you look really close to when Carlos attempts to hit her that she actually strikes a second time (which looks like a punch). Hard to see but its almost instantaneous after he responds back.
Excellent read. Hard to believe that Niles McKinley was not mentioned when you talk about Trumbull county football, but great article.
Great article, really highlights some of the more important qualities of Meyer and Woody that you dont get to see on the field.
Man I cannot wait to hear about how weak our conference and schedule is for next year, and basically just heard ESPN write off how big of a feat 12-0 is for Ohio State due to strength of schedule and how weak the B1G played this season.
