Yeah I would recommend Bettis Grille too... they have a deep fried cheeseburger where they batter an entire burger with all the fixings and deep fry it bread and all. Also they have a one way mirror in the mens room that lets you watch people as you stand at the urinal which is strange and fun.
There is no limit on maximum number of Red Shirts a year but the maximum is one per player in their career. So any player can RS any year of there 4 years at a school. There is an exception that allows for one extra RS in case of an injury after a player has already used their RS year. Hence the occasional 6th year Senior.
I know it is a fun thing to just disregard Rutgers and mock them but....
Since 2010 Rutgers has the same number of 5 star recruits as Michigan does and the same number of wins. Chris Ash is trying and successfully keeping more of the better instate recruits. Give the man some time and success and he will keep the best of the best. Everything this writer said was true they have all the ingredients to a successful program. All they need is financial support and competent leadership and they can at the very least become Michigan State. It will take much longer to become OSU or Michigan even but they are on the right path.
This is why hearsay is rarely allowed in court proceedings. This is not evidence. This is a rumor.
Isn't Brandon Justice the same guy who reported Marvin Wilson could see himself committing to Michigan and literally 3 hours late Marvin Wilson released a Top 10 that did not include Michigan?
He seems like the kind of guy who maybe stretches or asks questions to get an answer he wants so he can report on things dramatically.
The thing is the off-season BTN does "days". So each day is a new team. One day will be Iowa and BTN will show games and shows based on that team and it shows old games where they won obviously. The next day will be a new team. And so on. OSU gets more than their fair share of days and focus. The BTN has 14 fan bases to appease. So check your channel guide to see whose day it is before you sit down to watch non-stop BTN.
Uh no that is me lol....

Moved to Houston about 4 years ago here are some of my thoughts.....
1,) The food here is amazing. Every kind of food except Italian and Pizza is amazing here. I am a foodie and been all over the world eating food and by far this place has some of the best I have ever had and cheapest. There are more restaurants in Houston than any city in the world.
2.) Cost of living is amazing. From housing to food to gas you wont find a more affordable city.
3.) Fresh produce year round. We live in an area where tomatoes grow 12 months a year.
4.) I find the people down here to be very welcoming and diverse in the best ways. I thought I was moving to a large drug cartel environment but I found out shortly doesnt matter the race they are all soccer moms driving big trucks and suvs and have big hair.
5.) Traffic is awful. Live close to your work. No matter where you live you will be surrounded by rich people and poor people always.
6.) It is huge. Everything is bigger just like they say.
7.) I have lived everywhere in this world and really feel like Houston is the place I want to stay for the rest of my life.
8.) Dont live anywhere with a number and ward after it. Like 4th Ward and so on.
Finally, it sounds like you have no real ties anywhere and if you dont like it you can always move some place else. Chase the money is my motto which is why in the last 10 years alone we have lived in Ohio, Connecticut, Pittsburgh, and now Houston. Dont tie yourself to an ideal place live your life and go where the money is.
That is likely Friday Night Lights Weekend as well FWIW...
Didnt Sam Maldonado and Louis Iziarry get kicked out of school for robbing someone outside the WHAC?
*Edit* Never mind that was another OSU running back Ira Guilford.
SEC writer doesn't include even 1 SEC team in his easiest schedule article.... shocking lol
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but JBook is confused. Danny Clark is still ranked 264th in the composite and 177th by 247sports as he has been since their last update of rankings a while ago.
The only update to rankings by 247sports today was naming the 10 five star players for 2017.
Deserves endless upvotes......
I agree with most everything you said. Doesn't matter though because we have no idea what Urban is thinking. He clearly likes Harrison and that's all that matters:)
The thing is Harrison is so versatile and there are already a bunch of Bruces on the team. Yes he is talented but he is still a short WR.
The only thing I can say is trust Urban it's worked well so far. An who knows maybe they find a way to take both.
Fwiw that was just part o a long conversation I was having. I wasn't trying to ruin anyone's thunder. I was just pointing out what I believed is most likely scenario based on all the info I have.
As all of you know I am wrong a lot but this feels like what is happening base on all the Intel.
I respect all those guys. They do great work. They should have never called this thing a Crystal Ball though. Predicting the future is what a Crystal Ball is all about. Steve will change his CBs the day of an announcement once he gets insider info. That is not predicting that is knowing lol. Bill Kurelik only puts in a CB when the player himself tells him where he is going. That is how you get 28/30 correct lol.
For about 5 minutes lol... People take recruiting seriously and get very angry over it.
Absolutely 247sports will let just about anyone have a Crystal Ball who has a blog of any size. You can see it in the picks some people make myself included.
I pick OSU a lot because thats what I cover. I also pick against UM a lot because it angers their fan base. Right or wrong I dont take the CB thing to seriously.
In general most people are really nice to me. There is a pretty sizable group of people out there though who can't stand me. Ironically it is about 65% OSU fans and 30% Michigan fans and 5% my family :)...
For whatever reason people take this Crystal Ball seriously as if 99% of picks arent just educated guesses. People look at my % and mock me. It is cool. I dont get it when I look at all the other "experts" and see people with worse %s or just as bad. But to each their own. I am always willing to discuss my predictions if people ask me I will tell them.I dare anyone to find someone who responds more than me to every person who tweets at them. I pride myself on being nice and approachable.
I am the first person to tell you he Crystal Ball is a faulty scam. I choose to use mine differently than most. I rarely ever change my prediction even when I know I am going to be wrong. You will never see a last minute flip just to be right. You get rewarded more points for long time predictions. You dont lose anything for being wrong.
I am but a small potato for a teeny tiny site. I build my personal brand via Twitter and Crystal Balls. Some picks are made specifically for building that brand. Some picks are done by the recruits themselves.
This particular pick was done based on the info I posted above. There is a 50/50 shot I am right or wrong. I do not by any means consider myself an expert. I make zero $ doing what I do. This is not my job, If anything it is a detriment to me as most people hate me and my picks lol. I am what I am.
Thank You kindly.... I am an amateur compared to most.
If he commits it will have no bearing on Fuller... OSU wants 2 more DBs and will take 3 if Fuller and Hamlin both want in with Evans. Odds are Hamlin is odd man out IMO
I haven't talked to Chris since he was offered but I have many times before and know this offer is the one he always wanted. UM is tight on schollies and he may be one they feel they can lose in order to land a guy they like better. Evans has used the words Dream School about OSU even after he was committed to UM.
I do love it here on the 11W forums. You guys are active and friendly and when you call me names and hate on me you do it when i am not looking I assume lol
