Swoopes is terrible. They would have to have a QB better than that wouldn't they?
Tom Selleck is a smart guy. A player with four years on the team, degree in hand, is a completely different situation than a player with a one year SEC "tryout" sent packing. These guys may want to leave to prevent injury or may have current injuries they want to protect, who knows? We do not know the whole story, so why try to turn it into something we think it MIGHT be? On the surface, it seems perfectly legit.
These players were given four years to be a part of the program, not one or two. With all the top shelf underclassmen coming up, they either knew or were told by Urban they would be riding the bench with zero chance to play in the future. Honesty, as opposed to blowing smoke, is best with these players. A decision was made by them. Let it be what it is without the conspiracy theories, please.
Jimbo saw nothing.
Still have a daughter in college. Really makes you think and pray. Feel for the victims at FSU and other previous incidents. Why?
Sorry I missed that one. There are so many forum posts now it is tough to see them all. They are up and gone in no time.
Yes! Welcome Mr. Burrell! Waiting on this one!
Stealing a laptop valued at $1800.00 was within those standards? This was part of Hokes problem. Babied these guys too much.Sure did not help the team or record to overlook the laptop theft. Living in the past and praising Bo gets you no where, who by the way, would have booted his ass the first time.
Like the way the DB's/Safeties are always around the ball. This defense is getting there in the back end. Steady safety play is a key to its success.
Hoke is now doing what he should have all along. Too little too late most likely.
It will surprise me if Hoke does a single thing with Frank Clark until he has his day in court. Seems to be his method of operation and besides, when you are riding a blistering hot seat, you need your best defensive player on the field. This quote from Hoke says as much, "We are aware of the report involving Frank Clark," Hoke said. "I have not spoken with Frank but will at the appropriate time. We will respect the legal process and make any decisions once we have the facts." And who wants to bet the "facts" take until the season is over to get knowing Hoke. This is partly why he is in the position he is in. After reading a bit on their teams site to get more info, this caught my eye from one of their fans and sums up the sentiment, "If only Hoke had the balls to dismiss him after his first felony arrest."
Looks like a one quarter suspension upcoming for Clark. Hoke will say punishment will be handled in-house.
Herman and OSU need to empty the chambers each and every game from here on out. If they do they will not be stopped. The only thing that can stop them is PSU-type play calling. They have the horses, ride 'em.
Looks like Branden Bowen has decommitted from Utah. Could be good news for the Buckeyes.
At this point in time I have decided to decommit from the University of Utah. I still have the utmost respect for the program and university— Branden Bowen (@BrandenBowen) November 12, 2014
Watched the game again wanting to look closer at this "great" blocking by MSU. On the TD run by Langford after the muffed punt touched by Greene, Tommy Schutt was tackled by his blocker in the hole that caused the wide open run. The ref was looking right at it and Schutt got up screaming and waving his arms but no flag. They did it so much the refs eventually had to start calling some of it. The OSU coaches were pointing it out often to them as the game went on as well.
Very true. Sadly, no one knows for sure if the shoulder will be ready in time. Shoulder surgery/healing can be a mother. If you remember, Kyle Dodson had shoulder surgery prior to coming to OSU. That is probably partially what stunted his progress and he is an offensive lineman. Cannot imagine a QB with a repaired shoulder. Wish him the absolute best and hope OSU gets to deal with having two great QB's next year.
Doing that can get someone looking for information a lot of it. I would never think of tweeting anything but by following writers/reporters you feel are trustworthy you can get immediate info about topics and players.
The forecast this week for Minnesota is brutal. Some places expect over a foot of snow and very cold temps. It will be interesting to see what game time conditions will be. Unfortunately for those in Ohio, that brutality is hitting us at the end of the week too. Just minus the foot of snow, hopefully.
Agree with BamaBucknut. I have owned one for 15 years and it was the best bed purchase I have made, and I wasted a lot of money trying different ones. King size bed that can be easily adjusted to whatever firmness you need whenever you need it. Without this bed I would have been sleepless many nights. And they are not cheap. Hard to get why the players are having such a hard time unless they are the smallest size beds and these large guys are too big to fit on them.
Nice selective memory in '94!
Miller has been very good. Makes plays every game and he is getting better every game just like the other young guys.
This kid is really impressive. Welcome Mr. Norwood.
