*Tresselball without a lead blocker.
They obviously didn't work on catching passes.
This, as well as the cancer survivor they had run a lap with a football at halftime are just a couple of examples of how this rivalry affects more than just diehard fans. I'm glad I had sunglasses on, because it was pretty dusty in the stadium at halftime.
+1 for sarcastaball! I wonder if we could hire Stan as our new DC?
Possibly the 2nd or 3rd starter for the Indians..
With DT, I think he should do what most people say; if he's a first rounder and gets the guaranteed money, go. If not, he may just get lost in the D League. It will be interesting to see how Kam fits into the picture next year. These guys, Thad most of all, did a tremendous job this year, and I couldn't be much prouder of the way the team came together. That being said, it is a really tough way to go out... A lot of what ifs.
Hell of an effort. Wichita St. just wanted it more. My bracket is now officially busted.
It may be too little too late, but at least they are making the last 10 minutes of the season (hopefully not) enjoyable to watch. Go Bucks!
I think DT's reaction in the last five seconds pretty much summed up 90% of Buckeye Nation. Pissed when he didn't pass it to absolute joy when the ball made the net sing. It was a fabulous course of events.
That's great news! I always loved Goosebumps! It doesn't hurt that R.L. Stein is an OSU Alum!! Can't wait to watch Momo eat his words tonight.
I couldn't find any info about it in college, but the last successful converted drop kick in the NFL was by Doug Flutie in 2006 while he was with the Patriots. Prior to that one hadn't been converted since 1941. Someone attempted one in a Pro Bowl not too long ago (I think it was Drew Brees) but who watches those anyway?
I agree, only two reasons I was remotely excited about a Chip Kelly hire. First being the re-opening of Dontre Wilson recruiting and secondly the high probability of getting rid of B. Weeden.
Am I the only one who thought Trey's hat was much nicer than Mitchell's was? I suppose both of them were better than the one Quick donned though..
I'd like to see tOSU clean the dust off of an old playbook and bring back the drop kick! Townsend was a QB in high school I believe, and it would take a lot of pressure off of Drew!
