I just gave you your 6 upvote on this post, so clearly we're going 6-0. Oh wait, it's Maryland lol.
I know you're comparing the 5 games from last year, but here. In the 4 games JT has played this year he is:
21/38 for 193yards 2 tds - 2 ints. 6 att for 64 yards on the ground.
If my math is right his completion rate is 55% and has the same td to int ratio against the same comp.
Is it hard to believe that maybe JT is actually playing worse than Cardale in practice? I don't think so, but a lot of the "fans" are bias so who cares right? The funny thing is I'm actually Team JT, but I'll also say this. JT isn't going to fix the problems our line is having so make some more threads about the same pointless stuff.
There he is on the incomplete pass on 3rd down.
I haven't even seen him on the field for what it's worth. The only time I've seen #4 out there I believe was Jerome Baker on kick coverage, I could be mistaken. However, I don't think he's been out there.
At the moment? Us?
A lot of people put way too much into the unis being a problem, They look awesome, the kids love them, the recruits especially love them, and beyond some close calls we still get wins in them. If it ever became a problem the staff would nix them, and to be honest I don't feel our performance is based on uniforms so who cares?
Trust, 11w will have updates when they're available. However, considering this wasn't a "violation of team rules" type deal. It doesn't sound good.
Just like the whole staff should have been fired after losing to VT last year, right? Sure there are problems, relax.
byu by hail mary.
Sweet another pointless thread..
I can say I don't really have any predictions and this is a different situation. However, I think this is the week we start to get some answers and the offense get some life to it. After slow starts and inexperience in the first 2 weeks last year, the offense had a fire lit under them against Kent State. After that the rest was history, will we put up 66 against WM? Probably not, but I do feel the early predictions on tOSU will start to show. The team will be balanced and not ONLY relying on the defense. I expect a good week and the team to have a fire lit under them from Urban.
Urban was quoted about Berger, doesn't know if he'll be able to play again.
Yes I did mean Lewis.
No I didn't open the link, I watched the game live didn't feel the need to click was just posting my take.
Agreed, wasn't really trying to down play the fact that he might have said something. It is a apart of the game, and if you can't handled that then the league probably doesn't have a place for you. With how serious the league takes on head injuries, was crazy to see this only warranted a fine.
Huge Raider fan here, the thing that irked me most about it was the commentators had literally moments before hand were saying that Marvin Jones has singled out Pac Man Jones for maturing and continuing to grow from his early troubles in the league. Then this happened? Did Amari Cooper say something to irk him? Maybe, but if you're going to go as far as ripping someones helmet off and then slamming his head into the helmet then yes you deserve the damn fine! It wasn't a football play, so why the hell even go that far?
Pumped to see Hooker in the 2 deep!
I don't even know if awful is the correct word lol.
All I can say is I expect to see that h-back counter at some point and with his ability to make people miss. If anyone bites he's taking it to the house.
Guess this is why I'm not paid to do this, I wanted him to be a buckeye. Oh well..
yeah he looks like a horrible RB... Justin posted this awhile ago, so I went to see if it was still there and sure enough.
Tell me the last character risk signing the raiders have made? I can all but say the days seem to be gone.
I don't have that mind set because that school is a shit show lol, I want to see production in the field. Not "they're back because harbaugh is under the helm", the harbaugh era isn't gonna last long anyway, you can make that down now.
I personally would like to see Mitchell in this class, he has some dog in him that you can't teach. I'm not making the big bucks to make the hard decisions for the program though.
According to 247: Ahmir Mitchell is 6'3 206lbs, Noah Brown listed very similar coming out of high school at 6'2 212lbs. I think Mitchell is very lean already so it may be easy for him to put on more good weight while still looking the part. However, I didn't look at it like this until you mentioned him maybe outgrowing the position.
