When JT went down I felt horrible.  I figured we could hold on to win the game but thought we would lose to Wisky and then have a rough bowl game.  I was thinking we already lost Braxton this year and JT stepped up and then he goes down.  I felt bad for the team because they had come so far since VT and now an injury was going to take away a Big Ten title.

Watching the BTCG was like a never ending parade of presents on Christmas morning, each better than the last.

I just know that the QB position is in excellent hands for the next three years just due to the guys who have already started games at OSU, never mind the guys who haven't played yet or showed up on campus.

It has just seemed that for so long QB play at OSU was just average, outside of Joe G and Troy it seemed that we always had game managers.  Now we have QB's that everybody talks about.  QB's, plural, that almost any team in the country would kill for.

It is an embarrassment of riches.

Um.  We finished the season with a 14-1 record.  15 games.   So Brax counts for all 15 games.  JT missed BTCG, SB and CFP Champ for 3.  That makes 18.

Or am I missing the point you are trying to make?

Yep.  Same here.  I was even listening to the sample on iTunes thinking about buying the damn thing.

I think I bought 8 Mile back in 2003 because it was used in a similar fashion for the BCS Title game and hearing that song makes me think of that game.

Even though one of the receivers was ineligible, the Ducks still had to cover up both receivers to defend the jet sweep and not create an easy two versus one wide receiver screen.

Thanks for mentioning this.  There were a few times this year where I would see a WR lined up ineligible and start yelling at the TV.  I guess it has generally been a planned thing since I don't really remember us getting any ineligible man downfield penalties.

I see you forgot to mention that Darby won that game.  This was mainly due to the play of their QB, Jeremy Ebert who played WR four years at NW and was drafted by the Patriots.

Darby hasn't beat Davdison since that game but they play again tonight with the best chance of beating Davidson since then.
