I'm sorry but to me, the "5%" chance seals the deal for me. Dwayne Haskins is a far better quarterback coming in the following year anyway.

Thanks for the update. I can only hope EGW can keep his nose clean and becomes one of the all time greats at Ohio State!

I'm 38 and no one ever told me about ear hair!!! I mean seriously, ear hair? Not to mention memory problems and joint pain. When I was a kid, I could stand flat footed and jump up and grab the rim with both hands. I'm lucky if I can even touch the rim now. My mind thinks of what it wants to do on the court but my body doesn't quite react as fast as it did.......getting older sucks

I think that the inspector who helped to get the players from "tat-gate" penalized, really put things into perspective. Consider that Manziel took money for his autograph session and the NCAA didn't penalize him or the Cam Newton situation where he wasn't penalized for his father taking that money. I think that puts into perspective just how the "tat-gate" situation was blown way out of proportion.

You know in a way I kind of agree with Michael Irvin with what he said about Chris Carter's statement. I'm sure that's not the popular opinion around her but Chris Carter didn't exact disown Duron Carter for his stupidity either.

Ok I know this is ignorance on my part but I keep hearing Marion is bad for drugs. I even have a buddy who is the swat commander and he says it's horrible but I've never seen any evidence of it.......not that I've ever looked for it but I've just not seen it

LOL....I guess it's not really funny but one time my dad and his buddies got drunk one time when they were kids and they took my grandpa's riding lawnmower down an embankment on the railroad tracks and ended up doing something similar to that......lol Luckily no one but they were hurt.....lol

It would be really cool if the B1G could get Texas to join up. That way they could beat UT like a red headed step child! I'm still salty about those two games Ohio State lost to UT. BOTH those games should have been won. The first if Rory Nichol had caught that pass in the end zone and the second if Ohio State would have simply ran down the clock and then punched it in, leaving not enough time for UT to win that one.

I truly am sorry to hear this. I have Marfan's Syndrome myself and it caused me to have to go through a ton of doctor's appointments clear up through high school and clear into my college playing days. I often wonder just how far I could have gone had it not been for Marfan's. I ended up having my heart basically rupture in 3 places and it was a miracle that I lived through that. It all happened basically on my 30th birthday and within six months of that, my wife came home one day and said that she didn't sign on to take care of me, that was supposed to be my job for her. I lived in Texas where everything that the couple has worked for together is split evenly down the middle. Well I was on alot of pain killers and was of the opinion that we could work things out. I had to move back here to Ohio and live while she made up her mind to finally file for divorce after a year and half apart. She had had a couple affairs which I had proof of and could have used against her but we had a daughter and I did not want to drag her through the mud either so I walked away from a brand new 2 story house that I had built for her and several acres of land as well as 2 new vehicles that she got out of the divorce all because I was too stupid to realize there was another man living in my home. Now I know this boy hasn't gone through any of this but I hope that he doesn't. I pray that he has a good life after basketball cause I know just how hard it is and I can truly empathize with this young man. May God bless him and make his life a lot easier than what I had to go through. I now have another daughter who is my world and I get to keep touch with my oldest from Texas so all in all, things didn't turn out too bad for me but it sure was dicey there for awhile. Marfan's Syndrome is no laughing matter. It can take you away from your loved one's in a matter of seconds if it doesn't go unchecked. It's a hard life but one that can be lived as a blessed life as well. Again, good luck to this young man.
