Don't think it's going to happen with the way this season is going. He'll probably grow grab legs out his ass in the second half and impress the Heisman committee.

I'm sorry but I don't think it's funny to make fun of someone cause they are over weight. I mean I was always skinny as a kid and I was a really good ball player so in high school I didn't get made fun of. But jr. high was horrible for me. I got made fun of relentlessly so I just don't think it's right to make fun of people period. I try to show respect for everyone. I make mistakes and I'm not perfect so I don't expect that from anyone. I teach my daughter to be the same way. So I'm sorry, I just don't see the humor in it.

It's simple really. Tressel has 1 national championship with Ohio State and Meyer has none. Once Meyer wins one, then we can talk. And even still, Tressel beat one of the all time greatest teams in the history of the national championship. Tressel went 14-0 Meyer's national championship teams were what, 13-1 both years they won it?

I remember being a kid when Greg came in to Ponderosa in Delaware when he played for the Ohio Glory. It was really cool and I remember him being so nice. I also remember the size of his offensive linemen which he had taken out to dinner.

Please let me clarify my statement. I don't think the young man is a bad kid by any means nor do I think he doesn't have any talent at all. He's a very good ball player but I don't think he was a right fit for Ohio State. I also don't think it's right to put the young man down for deciding to go elsewhere. He has every right to do so and should not be put down for that. Again, I just don't think he's a right fit for Ohio State. I may be wrong but I don't think so.

I realize this is going to get all kinds of backlash but I really don't think he was all that special. Yes he was very mobile but he reminded me of a guy way back when named Jimmy Ratliff who had all the talent in the world but just couldn't put it together in the college ranks. I'm sorry but I didn't think Mitchell was really all that great.

A little off topic but has anyone heard how Mike Mitchell is doing at Tech?

Edit: Nevermind, he's being forced to sit out this year due to NCAA transfer rules.

One time we played this Amish school, or I guess Meninite or however you spell it. Anyway, I had to gaurd this 7 footer and that was the first time I had ever did so against someone taller than me which is saying alot considering I'm 6'4". So this guy jumped up for the rebound and he did it in such a way that my face went into his arm pit and someone in their crowd screamed out, "give em the arm pit ogre!".......lol
