I was one who didn't care for the shenanigans to be honest especially coming from a hog molly! Formed a negative opinion of The man for it! I can honestly say I was wrong. That was an impressive interview, mature, articulate and genuine! You get mad props for that. All I have to say is be "polished" and classy and that will take you to a lot of places you can't even imagine and dayum L.A. Dream bigger, Honolulu for instance! Stay polished bro! #putinwork #honolulu2019 #dreamteam14
I am surprised no one mentioned the recruits and the best time for all those 4/5 star guys you love to hear about coming to a game or two. I read somewhere Meyer made a great point that recruits travel on their own dime and if you played high school ball, those games are typically friday night or Saturday mornings. When you couple that with film study/ review and or traveling it makes it difficult to visit. If i had a dime for every time i heard, "if we get him on campus, we have a shot!" Now with Meyer at the helm you must take into consideration half of the kids if not more wont be coming from Ohio. I think the late games are a must for that reason alone to sustain getting top tier prospects especially from the south. You can also add, the money generated for prime time tv, the atmosphere of night games, and the cold factor after dark in November (anyone who loves ohio football shouldn't mind a lil chill.) Those things make midwest ball what it is is, Green bay, Chicago, cleveland, pittsburgh, buffalo, the cold the drama, the build up. High school ball is played mostly in the dark anyway and in ohio we love hs ball just as much as college and proball. For the tailgaters party Friday night, wake up late and party some more. That seems like a win win to me.
