Whoops double post
There's been a lot of talk about VT's defense matching up with Ohio State's offense, but how do you think the reverse matches up? What type of play calling can we expect from the Hokies, and what might Ohio State do to counter this?
Maybe no submission on the front four, but I'm not going to put too much stock in those linebackers
Do you know if there's somewhere I could watch it? I can't seem to find it anywhere
The #1 team will play in which ever bowl is closer to them.
So for example if Oregon finishes #1, the Rose bowl will host the #1 v. #4 semifinal game.
Definitely not. I just don't hate on Hoke as much as most.
Ah yes, back when they truly believed Nussmeier was going to fix their offensive woes and they would be real title contenders. Funny how things work out.
Ah, the long con. Clever.
I don't know, I was at the conference championship game last year and went out drinking downtown afterwards. All the MSU fans I ran into were pretty nice. I think they've had enough ups and downs in their history that they have perspective and were pretty good sports about the whole thing.
Ramzy spoke about this in a situational recently. Some key points:
Purdue's punishment for sucking every year equals the reward for winning the Big Ten.
So instead of relegation, have the B1G doormat over a three-year aggregate forfeit a percentage of its BTN winnings each year to the other schools. Call it the Suck Tax. There's simply no carrot anymore for improvement in the Big Ten with all of that money guaranteed.
The team will total 6,327 yards of total offense.
Hmm, through six games... 2,124 yards of total offense. So close.
Ben Cohen is one of the worst writers out there. He lives for click-bait. Don't do him the service of even clicking on that link.
I always enjoy the roundtable, but I really like this week's group. Love the variety.
I remember being disappointed when they fired RichRod but boy did they make up for it.
13 different players gained first downs? That's just exciting.
Bless your heart.
I really don't want Warinner to ever leave. Kansas can just back off.
I'm... not going to try to verify this.
I hear it. I used to do it when I was in undergrad.
I honestly don't understand the people who get real upset over it. The students don't literally want to see someone get their head ripped off. They're just having fun and it's harmless.
It's not like they're shouting "fuck her right in the pussy!" (couldn't resist.)
Thanks for the hard work
Guys, guys, let's all calm down. I just saw Noah Spence eating a bagel sandwich on campus Wednesday, which we all know means that everything is ok.
I just saw him Wednesday eating on campus wearing some Ohio State gear. This is me hoping that means something.
So once it's all said and done and their punishment is over, how will this have stacked up with the punishments other schools have received?
