I'm the football beat writer for Eleven Warriors, but also dabble in some hoops coverage. Prior to joining the team here, I covered basketball and football for and was the Sports Editor at The Lantern my senior year at Ohio State. I try to appreciate excellent reporting through a passion for journalism and the truth — whether good or bad. If you have any tips or questions, send them my way at

And after noticing your handle and avatar, I conclude you are a K.J. Hill fan. I am too. I believe he is currently Ohio State's best true wide receiver that has college experience and he should have had more opportunities last year. But because of his injuries and time he missed since arriving in Columbus, I concluded he is not part of the 2,000-rep Club which as I said before is what this story is about.

It is a crucial spring for K.J. and the wide receivers as a whole (Tim wrote a little on that this morning), I just thought it was a foregone conclusion he would be an integral part to Ohio State's team this fall. But since he isn't in the 2K club, I did not mention him.

K.J. Hill missed time with a broken wrist in addition to a sprained ankle last season. He is nowhere near the 2,000-rep club, which is what this story is about.

If you feel we have completely forgotten about K.J., I suggest you read what I wrote on him more than a month ago, about how he must be a critical piece to Ohio State's offense this fall. You can do that at this link:

In any event, thank you for reading and your continued support of Eleven Warriors. Have a great day.
