BTW who is this guy to say that our remaining schedule is weak? Especially when compared to FSU, TCU and Baylor.
That being said... anyone else the approaching playoff with two Big12 schools?
Last years game was humbling to the boys. They are not going to be surprised early like last year. But I think that it's important we punch them on the mouth first this year. But we better not let them back up.
Actually until Urbz can win a meaningful football game while at OSU, he kinda is John Cooper.
"Squirt"! I don't care who you are that's funny!
I wonder if Brazil will end up hiring the current German coach for the next World Cup
BTW That repulsive recruiting made Ohio State Defense U.
I still miss Tressel
I still do not like Urban Meyer.
Not to take anything away from his previous accomplishments, but I think what he's done at Ohio State so far is way over rated.
His recruiting at Ohio State is way overrated.
I cringe at the thought that we are expected to now praise three star commitments.
I hate how 11 Warriors has everyone that disagrees with any of their dogma cornered and hemmed in as assholes.
I hate the playoff system.
And I love Ohio State basketball more than I love Ohio State football at the moment.
So are you saying that we lost to MSU and Clemson because we didn't play Tresselball?
One returning starter on the O-Line. Loss of El Guapo. Unproven wide receivers. Unproven Defence. Two non-conference losses. Another loss to MSU. Another bowl game loss. Probably not going to get you into the top ten
I thought we were for college players getting paid?
In Purdue's defense, (as an old school, rabid kool-aid drinking paint your face type fan) I quite admire Purdue's fan bas which still shows up in full force to all of it's games and is rocks the home stadium and courts despite the years of sub-medeoric play they have had to endured. Which is way more than you can say for the vast majority of the Big Ten Schools. And is even more than you can say for some of the self-entitled, unappreciative spoiled fans who have enjoyed more than their fair share of recent success.
On my 22" I get 3 1/2" of the buckeye leafs on each side and the scroll section is white. I suppose as I look at it more its a greyish white.
Yes the link texts overrun the other texts. But I think this has been corected.
I just see the same white and #ECECEC #EEEEEE
What I see looks to me like a white with grey Buckeye Leafs
It would be cool if we did:
I think that if the background had remained grey I'd be happier with it. Now your blog has gone from looking like eleven warriors to looking like Deadspin and SB Nation and Grantland had a baby.
And the links at the end of the skullies are always jumbled. But I am sure that's something that will be fixed.
I give total props and cred to Q. You are up by 16 at home and an NU player takes a swing at one of your boys? Someone needs to be the enforcer. And he did it without throwing a punch. That's just sports in my mind.
And kudos to the officiating crew for making the right call.
So all those years I lived in Columbus if I had looked the other way I would have seen mountains? Drats.
You forgot about the Sub-Species Bloggerus Jerk-Offerus. Easily recognizable by their thin upturned snout, hairy palms and zealously held belief that if you do not accept the play-off system as the savior of college football you do not deserve to live cause hey I write for a blog and hey if you disagree with me you are wrong cause hey I write for a blog and hey the internet. Look at me I can make links.
I'm very comfortable with that seating in that bracket. But I do believe that we are just starting to play our best basketball. And I'm thinking we will end up in ahigher spot.
Just too bad the students don't care this much about war, poverty or the NSA.
Another fun Thad Matta team to watch. Interesting to watch how deep Thad is going. He usually does not go this deep come Big Ten play, but he went pretty deep against Marquette. I have to wonder if he isn't prepping the players for the new foul rules that will affect all teams come conference play.
I'm confident the offense will improve as the season progresses. And as soon as everyone is about to give up on them they will start playing their best basketball come the right time of year. It's not how you are playing in November, but how you are playing in March.
If you think about it, going to Pasadena and playing a second place PAC 12 team would be the best thing that could happen to Urban's legacy.
