Found one. Still making me laugh! So glad we've got this guy on our team.
Elliott is rapidly becoming a favorite. He was awesome. Not only was he excellent to watch during the game, but he had me laughing like a slaphappy winner at 1:30 in the morning because of his post-game attitude: He caught confetti on his tongue, he awkwardly patted the Sugar Bowl commissioner's belly during the award presentation, and he even made Mark May get a little frustrated during their wrap up.... it was all gold. I have looked for a video, but one hasn't surfaced yet. If you can find it, I think it's worth it.
Loved this game! Go Bucks!
Darron Lee has been a very pleasant surprise on the defense. He plays like a freak.
HOLY CRAP DARRON LEE http://t.co/DmztC0Co8X— Land-Grant Holy Land (@Landgrant33) October 26, 2014
Offensively I think Curtis Samuel has surprised me. He hasn't touched the ball a lot, but every time he does he is fun to watch. I'm really excited to watch him the next few years.
Toledo area. I grew up here and moved my family back here after graduating from BYU. You?
Evan's huge arm and form in that picture would make Trogdor the Burninator mighty proud.
Michael Thomas - 110 yards
I feel your pain. Oh, do I feel it.
I'd upvote you if I could.
Fun post. This makes me all the happier to cheer for them.
I agree. Not calling for his head by any means, but man.... a screen or two would have been nice.
I still can't get over the fact that after causing the fumble last Saturday, he gets up and runs down the field with Darron Lee. The guy just doesn't let up. I'm glad he's a buckeye.
Elliott - 82
I think that were BTN or ESPN to do a special on Meyer, his time at OSU would already be a success. He changed a helpless 2011 team with a losing record go undefeated instead of tanking a la Michigan in 2007... roll credits, guys. Successful coach.
Does he need to win a National Championship to be a success at Ohio State? I don't think so. But to win a National Championship would solidify him as one of the greatest coaches ever, and get him to pretty legendary status, not only at Ohio State but at a national level.
To echo quite a few others, I believe that the Oline may have more question marks, while the WRs are more of a concern. Here's hoping that Greene, Marshall, Clark, Brown, etc can add a serious spark this offseason!
