BassDropper I was up as high as 275. I am 6'1. I am now at 220 and holding for the last couple years. My best advice is make sure you drink a lot of water. And, eliminate all diet pop, and drinks like(apple juice, grape juice, coolaid). And, if you are going to drink alcohol. Just, drink moderately and drink beer, no liquor. You do have to do cardio. However, be careful to not be doing too much of one thing. Mix it up and do your weight lifting with next to no rest in between excercises. Also, for now. running, if its not on a treadmill could actually do more harm than good. You don't want to hurt you back or knees and be out of commission. Keep working out your focus.
