You would think that in 31 years of life, 25 or so of which have been spent watching Ohio State football, and six or so of which have been spent writing for world-famous Ohio State sports website Eleven Warriors dot com, I would have gained some modicum of wisdom when it comes to football in general and Ohio State football specifically.

Wrong! I don't remember what my prediction was for the Oklahoma game, but frankly it doesn't really matter; the only significant point I was able to make was that I thought the Buckeyes would lose, and my general reasoning for this was that, well... shouldn't they?

And yeah, actually! By all logic they should've! But as I've now realized with the help of Beau, Urban Meyer football teams don't operate on logic, and we spend a good chunk of time this week marveling at an Ohio State football team that by no rights should be this good this quickly. It's completely upside-down in the best way imaginable, and it starts and ends with the play of J.T. Barrett, who we wax poetic about for probably not nearly long enough.

We also get into the Fox coverage of the game (meh), discuss the role of sports media in the age of the capital-I Internet, and also get into some very cool and good listener questions with Ask Us Anything (which you can do either via e-mail or Twitter). It's a big week, so let's get into it!

0:00- Oh man. Look, full disclosure, I'm an idiot. Not necessarily for thinking Ohio State would lose the game, but for not believing that Urban Meyer is a witch-king that bends reality to his will.

16:25- The Fox broadcast of this game was a little... weird. Beau and I talk about how the game was presented, and how sports media in general is beholden to fans. Which is both good and bad, for a lot of reasons.

43:20- Ask Us Anything! We discuss more Serious Business issues of sports and also make fun of Rutgers for a hot minute. Sorry Chris Ash.

And that does it for this week, join us next time as we analyze Ohio State's heartbreaking loss/thundering victory over the Bye week!
