There is, somehow, much more basketball to be played.

That kind of feels like a curse, doesn't it? The men's team had a rousing win against Iowa, which was sandwiched between two duds that has led to an inevitable low seed in the B1G tourney and all but slammed the door shut on their March Madness hopes. I mean, we can pretend to get excited about the NITs, but truthfully we're just trying to get our brackets filled out and win the office pool for once in our miserable lives. I just want to win, dammit! I JUST WANT TO WIN.

Anyway, to that end this week we were lucky enough to snag Nicole Auerbach from USA Today to talk a little national scene shooty hoops, get her perspective on the Denzel Valentine conspiracy theory, and spend about five minutes talking about Olympic swimming, which is cool and good as always. Nicole has her own podcast called College Basketball Madness, which you should definitely check out.

Oh, and Adam Watson, head honcho for Block O stops by! What is the drunkest he's ever seen someone in the greatest fan section in America? Why are Western Michigan fans such wieners? Do Penn State fans have a deathwish? Learn all this, and more in the Dubcast!

This week is a little weird because Michael has a few gallbladder related things to content with, but luckily we have the venerable Kevin Harrish to step up to the plate in his stead to ensure that things run smoothly. Thank you, young man.

And before I forget, Ask Us Anything! Which you can continue to do by hitting us up on Twitter or the old-fashioned way via email

Here's how this week broke down:

0:09- Ohio State basketball... not great. Men's a little moreso than women's (which still gets to go dancing this year), but a necessary conversation to have. Also Greg Schiano got kind of paid?

18:50- Nicole and I spend about as much time talking about swimming as Ohio State but honestly, that's okay.

36:13- Running Block O is way, way more involved than I really thought that it'd be, and I'm glad that motivated young dudes like Adam Watson are involved.

47:21- Ask Us Anything lets Kanye be Kanye. Still haven't listened to TLOP.

1:00:03- Joke's on him, I beat him for Homecoming King later on.

And that's it for this week! Join us next week as Michael regales us with stories of his adventures in gallbladder removal!
