Ideally; FL vs Fl St at 12; tOSU vs UM at 3:30; AUB vs @6; and ND vs USC at 8
AUB vs WHOM!?!?!??!?!?!?
Always 3:30.... Let's you get up, shake off last night, and prep to tailgate without that rushed playing from behind feeling. Also gives the students a good cushion for on campus activities, that any later would offer many absent.
Nothing like dancing on the field in 02...
1:30 would be best.
I love the noon games.
Hey, I like when I'm in the majority! noon games are snoozer types, 6-8 are special. 330 is that sweet spot where you're warmed up from watching CMU vs BGSU on the CW (#CablelessProblems), and ready to watch a solid football game before the primetime extravaganza of top 5 teams.
And then poor Hawai'i plays at like 10 at night while everyone is already passed out.
night game would be unbelievable
I'm fine with 3:30. Seemed to be what I grew up with.
Nooners suck, and seems like our Buckeyes are getting plenty of prime time attention.
Plus a prime time matchup in AA might be watered down with Dave Brandon's Big Time Fun Fireworks Extravaganza.

Prime time 8 o'clock because I think it needs to happen once. If things go bad like everybody thinks it will then can it but you have to give it a chance first.
How Firm Thy Friendship
I've grown fond of this game being at noon to be honest. It's like an unwritten agreement between us and Bama-Auburn and Florida-FSU... or something. I like beating Michigan, then sitting back for the rest of the day and watch the upsets happen.
USC-ND, Oregon-Oregon State, and Clemson-USCe are also games of interest that weekend. And of course we can't miss the GAME OF THE YEAR between Purdue and Indiana.
Anything but noon. Noon is the worst.
I'd like to see it at night and I'd like our recruits on official visits to see it at night. The atmosphere would be unbeatable anywhere.
Wake up early and down a few beers. Watch the game at noon. Nap/watch the 3:30 game. Go out at night. My favorite schedule for football.
"I'm not going to lie. We're anxious to be a part of a matchup like that. It's two states that love the game of football." -Jim Tressel
Noon is a relic of the 60s....like too many other things B1G. If both teams are highly ranked it should be 8 PM, any other scenario 3.30.
It has always been noon. It will likely stay noon. I won a bet on here last year with Hodge that it would be noon. I'd make the same bet again to all comers, it will be noon this year, book it.

It has always been noon.
I don't know why people think this, but it's not true. The Game has seen 1 pm and 3:30 pm start times and the best version in recent years (2006) wasn't at noon.
I don't think ALWAYS is what I meant. I remember that 06 was 3:30 but that's an exception, not the rule kind of thing. It's has been noon every other time in my memory, which is granted, not long. But noon has been "tradition" for both the schools and the TV contract people, because of what others have said, the big games all being on that day needing to be spaced out.
3:30. At noon you're still wiping the crusty crap out of your eyes from just waking up. Need to have bacon and eggs instead of burgers and brats at your tailgate. Orange juice instead of well...
6am is the perfect time for a nice mimosa or screwdriver.
Personally I always went whiskey and coke.
I voted noon only because 5 am wasn't an option. On the day of The Game, I can't wait for kickoff.
Did your family have Christmas at 12:01 AM?
It really depends if you're going to the game or not.
I remember that one time The Game was at 3:30...and it was effin awesome. That's my vote.
I'd like to see The Game be a primetime game once before I die.
Class of 2010.
I'll take this dreaded double post opportunity to say one more thing. TTUN still sucks.
I assumed 8pm would finish last...it got more votes than I thought.
Doesn't even feel like a real game at noon. Need to wait until 3:30. After that, people get a little rowdier. But like Kgratz said, maybe give it a chance and see what happens first before writing it off forever. Then again, it might just end up like a gamble every time. You never know, a tame night one year might be just nuts the next.
I don't get the hate on the noon games, they're not that bad. Although I would love to see a night game in The Game, it would be incredible in either stadium, (preferably The Shoe.)
