PHONE'S RINGING -- IT'S URBAN ON THE LINE
On a side note, I always root for the Big 10 teams because I want the conference as a whole to do well, except for one team. I never want them to win, ever, no matter what sport.
So you weren't one of the 8 votes for Michigan over Kansas. That's one suspect down.
The 11W staff has the names of the other 7, and will shortly be visiting them with a bottle of truth serum & the banhammer.

I didn't vote for Michigan either but I'd rather they win than FGCU or Oregon.. As far as I'm concerned, I'll root for the B1G in every single game until they play us. I've learned that I'm not exactly with the majority with that perspective, but I just want to see our teams do well.
want kansas curbstomping aacc. never never never want aacc winning any time in any sport.
I choose Oregon over L-ville b/c I would like it if the Cardinals went home early.
We don't give a damn for the whole state of Michigan, we're from O-HI-O!
That was the pick my mind wanted. But I voted with my heart -- FGCU. B1G/tsun feelings aside, it would be great to see the Eagles soar into the Elite 8. I'm not ready for the clock to strike 12 on that Cinderella story.
My bracket isn't completely busted yet (final four of Louisville, Florida, Syracuse, and THE Ohio State University) so as much as I would love to see FGCU or Oregon with the upset, I am rooting for my bracket and picking the Spartans to win (who I also have advancing to the Elite 8 in my bracket)
I want all four. But the devil on my shoulder is talking louder than the angel on the other shoulder. And thus, partly out of spite, I'd like to see Louisville and Florida go down even more than MSU and Michigan represent the Big Ten. But I'd very happy if 2 out of 4 happened.
I think Michigan could seriously lay a whooping on Kansas. They have the talent on the inside (McGary) and an actual point guard (Burke). If Hardaway/GRIII can defend McLemore (can we go thrift shopping?), watch out.
Sparty for me, b/c Tom Tourney is due over Coach Krysizzleshnizzlefoshizzle.
"Success - it's what you do with what you got" - Woody Hayes
It's funny to me that UM and Kansas are playing each other. They were part of the worst upsets in college basketball regular season games. Kansas lost to TCU and UM lost to Penn State.
If I had to pick two teams, the only two teams remaining I wouldn't want to see us match up against are Louisville and Kansas. Kansas - because of the interior advantage with Withey, and Louisville - because we seem to have trouble lately inbounding the ball underneath our own hoop. And Louisville has that relentless, high-pressure full court press.
"You win with people." - Woody Hayes
I think with some practice I would not be as worried about the press. We play well in transition, and we have two very good ball handlers and more decent ones. Our problem has seemed, to me, to be fairly halfhearted schematic attempts at press breaking when we haven't prepared for it and the opponent goes to it at the end of the game.
It is the B1G all the way for me. I hated to see Indiana lose(I know, I hate Crean too). It would be great for our conference to have at least two in the final four.

Oregon over Louisville, if not only so that our paths don't cross with the Cardinals should we make it to the final 4.
"Love my State, hate the football"
Took FGCU because of how great the story is. Thought about Oregon over Louisville simply because I absolutely do not want to face Louisville in the final 4
Sorry Urban, Woody is still my favorite
Definitely Florida Gulf Coast, finally a team that I can root for that is local to me, that doesn't make me vomit in my mouth.
Will the state of Florida completely explode if Florida Gulf Cost makes it to the Elite 8 and neither Miami or UF does?
It very well might, I hope they bomb the gators. Look for FGCU to experience the Flutie Effect.
Oregon is a wrecking ball right now-and probably the best 12 seed of all time. Easily the biggest miss on seeding in a really long time.
4-6 seconds from point A to point B and when you get to point B, be pissed off
They were a Top 10 team when they were healthy earlier in the year, fell off because of injuries and then once they were healthy again they won the PAC-12 tournament title, but yep they're a 12-seed. Major derp by the selection committee.
I think MSU over Duke is the most likely, but would LOVE for the Cardinals to go down. Would love to see Florida and Kansas to lose as well (but I'm not rooting for the skunks!).
I learned my lesson in rooting for NotIndiana a few weeks ago. The skunk weasels will crap themselves no matter what we want. Would love to see the Ducks win over Louisville.
Buckeye in PA purgatory
My bracket died in a dumpster fire last weekend, so I don't care who wins anymore. I really want Oregon over Louisville.
Sparty, cuz they can beat Louisville, and we know we can beat them.
Any of em is cool with me tho, with the very glaring exception of the sh$thole that shall remain nameless. Not getting into specifics on my "futures" but if tOSU plays Kansas, I walk away very happy.
(Go Bucks all the way, always rather the Bucks over the $.)
****igan smells like old water that hot dogs were boiled in. FACT
I voted for scUM. Hanging an L on them to end BOTH seasons in the SAME year... That's too good to pass on.
