It's not guilt just concern over a kid's health. We can't say 100% he WILL be back until we hear from uh Doctors about what's wrong with him. And that hasn't happened yet.
Sorry, I should have clarified- I'm not taking about the win feeling wrong, I'm talking about Braxton's actions and posture and overall demeanor as he was dragged off the field and then onto the cart. Concerning.
I'm so worried about Braxton, but yet elated at the win. It doesn't get better than a classic ending like that! Yet, it doesn't get worse than watching Braxton get taken away to a hospital!
I'm all over the place, and it's not just the beer I was chugging after that INT when I thought I was safe to start drowning out the memory of another Purdue loss.
I'm more mixed than anything else. I am glad we won because I have in-laws that are Purdue grads, and I hate it when they beat us for that reason. The Buckeyes have really only "shown up to play" against Purdue once since 2008, and honestly we were lucky to only have 2 losses in that time considering that. On the other hand...poor Braxton.
Braxton's injury reminds me of when I speared a guy in the lower back in a goaline pile and I strained neck muscles. I seriously could not lift my head to look up. My head felt like it weighed 60 lbs.... I was dizzy, and had trouble keeping my eyes open. I literally could not stand up straight for a few hours. Get well Braxton!!
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
^ Same. A win over Purdue is nice but I'd take a loss against them (hey, not like we aren't familiar with that. hah.) in exchange for HAVING BRAX AGAINST WISKY/PEDO STATE/M!CHIGAN. UGHHHH. I want to beat those 3 teams 1000000x more than Purdue.
A win is a win but no-one's health is worth a win. I just pray that Braxton is okay for his sake. After the way Kenny G and Hyde played I am not worried about the next couple games.

Look. I think ALL OF BUCKEYE NATION is concerned with Braxton. Need to stay positive. We're all sitting on the edge of our seats, until we hear some good news.

Glad Braxton is doing well. One of the things I enjoyed most about the last part of the game was when "The Mustache" had that crap eating grin with less than a minute to go and then how it changed by the end to a look of "this can't be happening".

That top bar better remain completely empty of red
Just hope Braxton is OK. Football is secondary. Health is everything.
Yeah. Everything about what unfolded after he went down just felt wrong. Something weird happened out there. Really hope he's okay.
A victory never feels wrong, and I am sure that Braxton would want his team to press on and beat the Boilermakers.
No guilt here for the Buckeyes winning this game, and Braxton WILL be back. Just a matter of when.

He'll be back. Think positive. We need good karma.

It's cool, bro. Were good.
I feel horrible for Braxton, too. I don't know him personally, but the kid almost feels like family to me. Emotions are running wild.

It's all about Braxton. He really looked like he was in some pain. Hope the dude is alright. I'm sure the smooth Kenny G will do fine in his place.
hope #5 rebounds.
Not blaming them bc we were all wondering what happened, but I got a little more sick each time ESPN showed the replay in slo-mo. Ugh.
All about Braxton Miller being healthy and not having a serious concusion.
It's odd being scared and elated at the same time, but that's where I am.

After Braxton went out I didn't really care if we won or lost

Is it possible to feel all of the above?
Run_Fido's favorite word is strawman.
The only bar that should fill up is the one about Braxton. Hope he is okay.

Ditto. Hope he's not to banged up and bounces back soon though.
Kenny G for Heisman!
BTW, I'm used to it. I'm used to us beating Purdue.
