Rutgers and Maryland are coached by former Ohio State and Michigan assistants, respectively.

Chris Ash and D.J. Durkin are both attempting to rebuild their fledgling B1G programs and this season both new bosses had to face their old ones in successive weeks.

Let's take a look at how that went!

Ohio State/Michigan vs. Rutgers/Maryland 2016
TEAM 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q TOTAL COMBINED
OHIO STATE 27 48 31 14 120
MICHIGAN 28 50 24 35 137 257
RUTGERS 0 0 0 0 0
MARYLAND 3 0 0 3 6 6

On the bright side for Rutgers and Maryland, they will both begin receiving their full B1G revenue shares beginning with the 2020-21 season.
