BTN's new Gameday-like show debuted while Ohio State was on a bye.

The show - which will travel to Columbus for the IU game - took some time today to discuss Michigan State's game nine weeks away with the Buckeyes. Transcript:

REVSINE: Ohio State comes here to play the Spartans on November 19th. Let's take hypothetically the game were today, based on what we've seen from both of these teams, who would win if Ohio State played Michigan State in Spartan stadium today?

ADAMS: I'd have to go with Michigan State again. You know why? The Dantonio effect. I mean, three B1G championships. Five 11-win seasons, one of which was 2002. Guess who was the defensive coordinator? Mark Dantonio. Seventy-two percent winning average! Nine consecutive bowl games!

DINARDO: I'll start my thought with defense. Ohio State has the better defense of the two right now. No question. Michigan State has a good defense but what separates these two teams is the offensive line play. Right now, Michigan State's offensive line is playing better than Ohio State and Michigan. If the game was played today, I'd go Michigan State as well, with a word of caution. Those five guys playing offensive line for Ohio State, they're more talented than the five playing offensive line for Michigan State. By the time that game comes, it could be a tossup. If the question is right now, the answer right now is Michigan State.

[video ends here - but they continued]

REVSINE: That offensive line for Ohio State looked awfully good when we were in camp. Physically really impressive.  They're so young right now. They're making young mistakes. The whole team is young. You're both saying right now, Michigan State, the best team in the east.

ADAMS: Right now.

DINARDO: They have certainly done plenty of things to warn that the phrase. They have a lobby full of trophies to prove it.

The Buckeyes travel to East Lansing November 19.
