Ezekiel Elliott to Throw First Pitch in Tonight's St. Louis Cardinals Game

Zeke Elliott, originally from St. Louis, made news a few weeks ago when he declared he'd wear his trusty St. Louis Cardinals' cap to a Cincinnati Reds game in which the Buckeyes were being honored. (Class obligations prevented that from happening.)

Elliott's hat shouldn't have a hard time clearing security tonight.

The Cardinals host the hated Chicago Cubs at 8:15, and the 2015 Heisman frontrunner is throwing out the first pitch. The Cardinals hold a 5.5 game lead in the NL Central division.

Though the Cardinals are probably just honoring Ezekiel's hometown roots, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and the New York Yankees have all either held or are planning to hold nights honoring Ohio State and its football team.
