ESPN's Brett McMurphy, as part of his #1QFor128 series, polled 93 of 128 FBS coaches asking which program had the best resources (budget, infrastructure, fan support, etc). The results... will not shock you.

While it won't surprise anybody here (and some would clamor for a higher ranking), it's refreshing to see Ohio State is still seen as a premiere job in America. That's good to know if, heaven forbid, Urban Meyer can't coach for the next 50 years. (Maybe Ohio State could vault over Alabama if we crowd-funded the remainder of Urban Meyer's mortgage and the annual property tax.)
But while we're at it, here's a fun thought experiment: think about how ridiculous Michigan being lesser to Oregon in prestige would have sounded 10 years ago.
