Carlos Hyde belongs to the San Fransisco 49ers now, but the former Ohio State running back is still scoring touchdowns.

El Guapo's first professional touchdown came on a four-yard run against the Dallas Cowboys. And what did he do with it?

Carlos Hyde gave it to his grandmother:

"She didn’t think I was going to give it to her," Hyde said. "I don’t know why. She texted me like, ‘Hey, when you score your first touchdown, I want the game ball or the touchdown ball.’

"I told her, ‘I got you.’"

On Thursday, Hyde called Irma, better known as "Granny D," to tell her the ball was being shipped to Naples.

"She was excited," Hyde said.

Carlos Hyde will be in action tomorrow night. The 1-0 49ers play host to the 0-1 Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football at 8:30.
