The Hurry Up is your nightly dose of updates from the Ohio State football recruiting trail, keeping tabs on the latest from commits and targets from around the country.

SHIFTING TOWARD NEXT YEAR

Angleton, Texas, five-star safety B.J. Foster revealed his Top 5 on Thursday afternoon, including Ohio State alongside LSU, Michigan, Texas and TCU.

The 6-foot-1, 188-pounder is considered the top-rated safety and the No. 9 prospect overall in the Class of 2018. He holds nearly two dozen offers, but listed the Buckeyes near the top in spite of the fact he's never been on campus and was only offered in May.

ANOTHER PIPELINE FORMING?

Hyattsville, Maryland, DeMatha Catholic four-star defensive tackle Austin Fontaine announced on Twitter Thursday evening he will join teammate and Ohio State commit Chase Young at Saturday's game against Michigan.

The 6-foot-2, 312-pounder is considered the third-best defensive tackle and the No. 45 prospect overall in the Class of 2018. He currently holds double digit offers from programs such as Clemson, Georgia, Maryland, Ohio State, South Carolina and Tennessee.

NO HARM

Riceboro, Georgia, Liberty County five-star safety Richard LeCounte III will take an official visit to Ohio State this weekend.

Though it seems significant, the Georgia commit is simply using the trip to see his good friend and former high school teammate Raekwon McMillan play in what likely amounts to his final game in Columbus.

So why are the Buckeyes hosting a prospect they have no chance to flip? As Land of 10's Jeremy Birmingham points out, it speaks to the mutual admiration the two sides have for one another; Ohio State became the second program to offer LeCounte way back in September 2013.

"That’d be disrespectful for me to go and to try to recruit for Georgia," LeCounte said. "If anyone asks about Ohio State and my feelings on them, I’m going to tell them how great of a program they've got."

McMillan has tried to flip his good friend in the past, though, most notably following the Bulldogs' 45-14 loss to Ole Miss back in September.

PROTO TIGHT END

According to Scout.com's Bill Greene, Akron Archbishop Hoban freshman tight end Caden Clark — the younger brother of former Ohio State and current Kentucky commit Danny Clark — will also be in attendance tomorrow afternoon.

The 6-foot-3, 231-pounder is not yet ranked by any major recruiting sites, but holds an offer from Kentucky. Programs such as Michigan State, Ohio State and Pittsburgh have also begun to show interest in Clark.
