N-I-T! N-I-T!

We knew it would probably take a Big Ten Tournament championship to earn Ohio State an NCAA Tournament berth and that dream died Friday night in Indianapolis.

No. 2 seed Michigan State Spartans absolutely throttled No. 10 Ohio State, 81–54, in the B1G tourney quarterfinals, behind Spartan star Denzel Valentine's 19 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists.

The Buckeyes were simply no match, falling to Michigan State for the third time in three weeks.
